  • Patent number: 7923623
Abstract: An electric instrument music control device is provided having at least two multi-axis position sensors. One sensor is a reference multi-axis position sensor retained in a fixed position the reference multi-axis position sensor having at least one axis held in a fixed position. Another sensor is a moveable multi-axis position sensor rotatable about at least one axis corresponding to the at least one axis of the reference multi-axis position sensor, wherein the moveable multi-axis position sensor is in communication with the reference multi-axis position sensor. The device may include a processor that processes the differentiation between the angular position of the at least one axis of the reference multi-axis position sensor and the at least one axis of the moveable multi-axis position sensor, wherein the angular differentiation correlates to a music effect of an electric instrument.

  • Patent number: 7794123
Abstract: A post structure for installation along a street or road with a base supporting the post structure in a yieldable manner. A coupling joining the base and post structure includes a resilient member urging the post structure into a normal, pre-determined position on the base. An upper end of the base serves as a fulcrum for momentary post structure movement. A modified form of the yieldable support includes a housing with spring and fastener assembly with the housing having inclined surfaces which cooperate with inclined surfaces on the base upper end, insuring return of the tipped post structure back to the pre-determined relationship with the base after momentary displacement.

  • Patent number: 7731133
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a hold down device for holding down a discharge hose during draining consists of a container filled with a filling material, a handle, a filling hole, a plug, feet, and a hose recess. The use of a hold down device of the present invention prevents the dislodging of a discharge hose while draining a septic holding tank from a recreational vehicle thus preventing spillage of waste material by covering the discharge hose and a sewer fitting and holding the sewer fitting within a refuse hole of a dump receptacle. Additionally, a hold down device embodiment of the present invention is easy and convenient to use while maintaining the proper functionality of holding a discharge hose and sewer fitting down during draining of the holding tank.
