Abstract: A floor panel plate has four corner portions, four lateral edge portions, an upper load bearing surface, a lower plenum surface, and a clear hole positioned adjacent to each of the corner portions. A threaded collar is vertically connected to the lower plenum surface and positioned in axial alignment with the clear hole. A single handed set screw has an upper tool receiving end and a lower foot end. The set screw engages the threaded collar so that the tool receiving end extends through the clear hole so that when operated the set screw adjusts the upper load bearing surface to a predetermined level in relation to the pedestal head of a pedestal support system.
Abstract: A method for installation of a raised access floor panel with a raised access floor is provides which includes providing a pedestal support system having a plurality of vertically extending pedestal supports each having an upper end connected to a pedestal support head and a lower end connected to a pedestal support base. The pedestal support heads are each connected in a matrix orientation with a plurality of horizontal stringers. A floor panel plate is provided having four corner portions, four lateral edge portions, an upper load bearing surface, a lower plenum surface, and a clear hole positioned adjacent to each of the corner portions. A threaded collar is vertically connected to the lower plenum surface and positioned in axial alignment with the clear hole. Abstract: A precast prestress raised access floor construction is provided which includes a precast prestress concrete slab, having an upper base floor surface and a lower surface, a plurality of raised access floor panel pedestal support members bearing directly upon the upper base floor surface, and a plurality of raised access floor panels connected to the support means whereby a void is formed between the floor panels and the upper base floor surface.

Abstract: A self-drilling anchor is provided which includes an elongated tapered plastic body and anchor assembly. The body has an external helical threaded portion, a central clear bore for receiving the anchoring assembly, two diametrically opposed break-away slotted portions, and an axial driving flange concentrically positioned relative to the tapered body first end. The flange has inner and outer walls, a central clear aperture for receiving a screw driver, and at least two diametrically opposed notches for receiving a bladed driver for drilling the tapered body into a hollow wall. The anchoring assembly is centrally received in the clear bore, and includes an externally threaded screw, a collar, and at least two diametrically opposed separable arms. The collar is internally threaded for receiving the screw. The separable arms have spring loaded ends and pointed ends. The spring loaded ends are pivotally attached to the collar.
Abstract: A raised floor access panel is provided which includes a substantially flat panel having an upper load supporting surface and a lower surface to be supported on a plurality of pedestal support members each adjacent to a corner of the panel, and at least one panel lifter having a top wall and two side walls, the side walls slidably extending through a first and second slots in a plate rigidly attached to the lower surface for vertical travel of the top wall and side walls upwardly, through a generally rectangular panel recess.
