  • Patent number: 7461805
Abstract: A fishing reel 100 includes a data communication unit 44 capable of wirelessly transmitting terminal tackle water depth data to a data communication unit 66 of a fishing data display device 60, which is arranged outside of a fishing reel 100. The fishing data display device 60 includes a display unit 65 that displays the terminal tackle water depth data obtained from the data communication unit 44 and fish depth data obtained from a data communication unit 91 of a fish finder 90. The fisherman is capable of easily performing jigging with a fishing reel, as well as ascertaining the water depth of terminal tackle.

  • Patent number: 7117688
Abstract: The present invention allows an optimal quantity of refrigerant to be quickly and easily charged into the refrigeration device. In a refrigeration device that includes a refrigerant cycle circuit (A) connecting an outdoor unit (X) and indoor units (Y) via refrigerant lines (6), (7), a refrigerant charging device (10) that charges refrigerant to the refrigerant cycle circuit (A) in the cooling operational state is detachably connected to the liquid side refrigerant line (6) (the high pressure liquid line during cooling operations) that links the outdoor unit (X) with the indoor units (Y). In this way, when the refrigerant charging device (10) and the liquid line refrigerant line (6) are linked together and the refrigerant cycle circuit (A) is in the cooling operational state, refrigerant charging can be carried out from the refrigerant charging device (10) to the refrigerant cycle circuit (A) via the liquid side refrigerant line (6) (the high pressure liquid line).

  • Patent number: 7107978
Abstract: An engine control system is configured to improve the estimation accuracy of a fresh intake air quantity and a total intake air quantity that flows into the combustion chambers. The engine control system is configured to estimate an estimated EGR rate value Regr using a primary lag process for a target EGR rate, calculate a volumetric efficiency equivalency value based on the estimated EGR rate value Regr, estimate an estimated fresh intake air value Qac that flows into the combustion chamber based on a rate of change in a volumetric efficiency equivalency value Kin/Kinn-1 of the estimated EGR rate value Regr and the volumetric efficiency equivalency value Kin, and estimate an estimated total intake air quantity value Qsco2 that includes the EGR gas based on the estimated fresh intake air value Qac and the estimated EGR rate value Regr.

  • Patent number: 7048334
Abstract: A vehicle headrest apparatus has a headrest unit mounted to an upper end of a seatback. The headrest unit has a headrest members with a head restraining member configured to be tensioned to restrain a passenger's head upon a rear-end collision. The headrest unit quickly and reliably restrains a seated passenger's head during a rear-end collision without utilizing the inertia force of the passenger's body by detecting the rear-end collision and pushing the headrest unit only outward in the forward direction of the vehicle. The headrest unit also has a swing/pushup device that to pushes the headrest members upwardly and forwardly. An auxiliary swing force adding device applies an auxiliary spring force in the deployment direction of the headrest members to increase the deployment speed of the headrest members and shorten the amount of time required to achieve initial contact between the passenger's head H and the head restraining member.

  • Patent number: 7042123
Abstract: A bicycle gearshift system is mounted on the rear part of the frame of the bicycle. The bicycle gearshift system includes an electrically powered rear derailleur, a rear hub, a charger part, and a gearshift control part. The electrically powered rear derailleur is mounted on the rear part of the frame. The rear hub is also mounted to the rear part of the frame. The rear hub has an electrical generator mechanism that generates electricity through the rotation of the wheel. The charger part is mounted on the rear hub and stores the electrical energy that was generated by the generator part. The gearshift control part is equipped on the electrically powered rear derailleur, where gearshift control of the electrically powered rear derailleur is performed through the energy that is stored in the charger part.
