Abstract: Apparatus, systems, and methods may operate to monitor an activity level associated with queries made in an online marketplace over a monitoring time period to provide an activity rate, and to determine that the activity rate has crossed a merchandising threshold rate. In response, a cluster of items or item groups associated with the queries may be presented on a display, perhaps in conjunction with a landing page merchandising promotion. Additional apparatus, system, and methods are disclosed.
Abstract: An implantable respiration monitor can be used to detect disordered breathing or periodic breathing events that can be categorized, such as according to one or more of sleep, exercise, and resting awake states. The categorized frequency of such events can be compared to independently specifiable thresholds, such as to trigger an alert or responsive therapy, or to display one or more trends. The information can also be combined with detection of one or more other congestive heart failure (CHF) symptoms to generate a CHF status indicator or to trigger an alarm or responsive therapy or to display one or more trends. The alert can notify the patient or a caregiver, such as via remote monitoring. The sleep state information can be further categorized according to central sleep apnea (CSA) or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) events.

Abstract: An accelerated processing system includes one or more conventional processors, one or more coprocessors, and high speed data links between the processors, coprocessors and memory. In an embodiment, an application program is compiled and linked to a library of macros, the macros are invoked at run time by the application program, the application program marks data to be processed by the one or more coprocessors. A service and control coprocessor streams the marked data to the one or more coprocessors for processing. In an embodiment, a coprocessor is configured to analyze software code and data, to schedule processing of the software code and data in another coprocessor, and to manipulate the data based on the type of data that the other coprocessor is configured to process.
