Abstract: A system for transporting and storing a portable combination table/ramp device in a truck bed, including a substantially flat platform supported by a plurality of support members positioned between the platform and the truck bed and defining a plurality of elongated recesses therebetween. Elongated table top portion and elongated bench seat portions with tailgate-engaging portions connected thereto are received in the recesses. A plurality of retractable table leg assemblies are connected to the table top portion. A connector is coupled to each respective table leg assembly for connecting the elongated bench seat portion thereto. Each respective table leg assembly is retractable to a storage position substantially adjacent the elongated table top portion and extendable to a deployed position extending between the table top portion and the ground.

Abstract: An elliptical exercise machine, including a gearbox, a generally flat contact surface, a first elongated footrest support member mechanically coupled to the gearbox and extending to the flat contact surface, a second elongated footrest support member mechanically coupled to the gearbox and extending to the flat contact surface, and an elastic coupler removably connected between the first and second elongated footrest support member. The contact surface is generally flat and described by a first axis and a second orthogonally oriented axis. The gearbox independently governs the motive resistance and travel path of each footrest support members. The each footrest support member rollingly cooperates with the contact surface, and each first and second elongated footrest support member may cooperate with the support surface independently of the other respective footrest support member. Abstract: A method of controlling reaction paths of glass batch components added to a resident glass melt is provided, including the steps of providing a plurality of raw material batch components according to a batch recipe, selectively combining a portion of the batch components into a first combination material having a melting temperature in a range of 60 to 90% of a resident melt temperature (K) and a viscosity3 a melt viscosity/100, and selectively combining another portion of the batch components into a second combination material having a reaction temperature in a range of 60 to 100% of the resident melt temperature, the second combination material being capable of forming an intermediate compound via a solid state reaction before reacting with the glass melt. The first and second combination materials and any remaining batch components are mixed and introduced into a glass melter.

Abstract: A laser guided work device including a work board having a work surface, a line producing laser projecting a line on the work surface, and a linear motion device engaging the laser to the work board. The linear motion device translates the laser relative to the work surface along at least one dimension. The line is oriented perpendicular to the at least one dimension such that the line moves relative to the work surface when the linear motion device translates the laser along the at least one dimension.
