Abstract: An apparatus for tracking the status of a lock, comprising: at least one lock tracking device for tracking a status of a lock; and at least one wireless key unit; wherein each of said at least one wireless key unit is connected to one of said at least one lock tracking device, and wherein said at least one wireless key unit includes a transceiver unit for transmitting information obtained from the at least one lock tracking device regarding the status of the lock.
Abstract: In a multi-lingual environment, a method and apparatus for determining a language spoken in a speech utterance. The method and apparatus test acoustic feature vectors extracted from the utterances against acoustic models associated with one or more of the languages. Speech to text is then performed for the language indicated by the acoustic testing, followed by textual verification of the resulting text. During verification, the resulting text is processed by language specific NLP and verified against textual models associated with the language. The system is self-learning, i.e., once a language is verified or rejected, the relevant feature vectors are used for enhancing one or more acoustic models associated with one or more languages, so that acoustic determination may improve.
Abstract: A method for classifying a pair of audio signals into an agent audio signal and a customer audio signal. One embodiment relates to unsupervised training, in which the training corpus comprises a multiplicity of audio signal pairs, wherein each pair comprises an agent signal and a customer signal, and wherein it is unknown for each signal if it is by the agent or by the customer. Training is based on the agent signals being more similar to one another than the customer signals. An agent cluster and a customer cluster are determined. The input signals are associated with the agent or the customer according to the higher score combination of the input signals and the clusters. Another embodiment relates to supervised training, wherein an agent model is generated, and the input signal that yields higher score against the model is the agent signal, while the other is the customer signal.
Abstract: An apparatus for tracking and indicating the status of a lock, comprising: a movement sensing device for sensing movement of a key related to said lock and providing information about said movement; a controller for reception of said information about said movement, processing said information and identifying a key rotation event that is associated with a lock status; and an indication unit being connected to said controller; providing an indication of the lock status according to control signals that are provided by said controller.
Abstract: A radar system, including: a compact, active phased array antenna for transmission and reception of a focused radiation beam, circuits for providing signals to produce or detect a radiation beam by the phased array antenna and to control or detect the direction of the radiation beam, and wherein the radar is adapted to be mounted on a missile and scan a selected area proceeding the direction of motion of the missile.

Abstract: A wireless area network communication system comprising at least one phased array antenna frame, a phased array antenna circuit connected to the at least one phased array antenna frame wherein said phased array circuit and said at least one phased array antenna frame are adapted to transmit and receive wireless area network compliant signals from or to wireless area network devices.
Abstract: The present invention relates to radar imaging and to phased array antennas. The invention also relates to transmitter/receiver modules, push-push oscillators and Injection locked push-push oscillators for phased array antennas. The invention reduces the production cost and improves the performance of conventional phased array antennas.
Abstract: A system and method for the conversion of fuel tanks, detachably mountable on the exterior of an aerial vehicle, into high volume, high capacity, diverse functionality and aerodynamically efficient airborne stores is disclosed. A conventional external fuel drop tank is modified such that the exterior shape of the tank is substantially retained while the interior of the tank is suitable restructured to allow for the introduction of diverse airborne stores, associated airborne store mounting means, control and monitoring means and support means therein, which replace the fuel store. The airborne store is suitably interfaced to the stores control and management system of the aerial vehicle. The airborne store is integrated into a new external stores configuration The enhanced airborne store will have aerodynamic characteristics substantially similar to the original external fuel tank while its payload capacity is substantially improved.
Abstract: The present invention, relates to the preparation of a patch antenna with a specific effective dielectric constant; and a reduced dissipation factor. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, size requirements and the desired resonant signal frequency dictate the permittivity value of the dielectric material to be used between the patch plate and the ground plate. Instead of using a dielectric material with the calculated permittivity value and its given dissipation factors a two layer dielectric of the same size with an effective dielectric constant that is equal to the desired dielectric constant, is used to replace the dielectric material and reduce the dissipation factor.
