Abstract: A rotating grip comprising a non-slip outer surface and a high slip inner surface and which can be installed on the handle of a baseball bat to enhance the user thereof, is described. The grip can be covered by a conventional sleeve-type grip and has a novel notching means to hold the rotating grip in place. When used, the rotating grip enables the proper alignment of the hands to occur automatically and thus create a level and smooth swing. This swing will insure more direct hits on the baseball.
Abstract: A mixture of waste, essentially cellulosic material and a fire proofing solution can be used to make building materials with exceptional qualities. These qualities include fire proofing, vermin proofing, water proofing and excellent insulative values, for example. Additionally, this process represents an excellent method for recycle of these waste materials. A sheetrock-like or wall-board material can be made therefrom, one which can be nailed, screwed, drilled and fastened without causing serious damage to the surface or the element itself.
Abstract: A novel, metal protective solution is described. This solution of two parts, the first part being a mixture of one aqueous potassium silicate and two aqueous sodium silicate solutions and the second part comprising approximately equal amounts of acetic acid, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, clay and sodium bicarbonate, is stable, relatively inert and has a long shelf-life. It may be applied to metal surfaces to prevent corrosion and rust from forming thereon.
Abstract: A novel and stable coating solution for fireproofing building materials is described. This solution is easy to apply and will reduce the propensity of burnable materials to sustain combustion. Alternatively, the solution may be used as a part of the solution used to cast paper on the surface of paper containing wallboard and the like. The solution finds particular use in fireproofing of wall boards and the like.
Abstract: A collapsible, portable tote-table is described. This table can be easily manufactured with a minimum number of parts and, when assembled in a facile manner, is strong, light and completely transportable. The system for the assembly of the aforementioned tote-table can be done by anyone of normal skill and is dominated by a novel dog system for interconnecting the various parts.
Abstract: A mold, useful in preparing Tiffany-like lampshades, terrariums and glass lamp bases is described. The process for preparing this mold, which produces sections of a 360 degree unit within which the assembler works, is also described.

Abstract: A coating composition particularly useful in sealing and protecting materials used in the construction of buildings and the like is described. This composition comprises a mixture of potassium silicates of varying viscosities catalyzed by a small amount of saturated borax solution. The composition described not only seals and protects the surface and interior of the building materials, but is particularly useful in the treatment of cementitious materials and can further be used to encapsulate and contain any pollutant that may be associated therewith thus rendering the site containing the polluted building materials suitable for habitation.
Abstract: A head and neck element for a stringed instrument is disclosed in which opposed, elongated, tension resistant members are separated by a spacer while simultaneously supporting a fingerboard and grip surfaces to produce an integrated element resistant to warping and twisting yet retaining a desirable feel and appearance. Also disclosed is a process of manufacture of a multiplicity of said head and neck elements.
Abstract: A connective electrical wiring element particularly useful in providing the wiring for miniature buildings (e.g. doll houses) is described. This element permits the user to connect electrical fixtures, appliances, lights, and the like in a facile manner while at the same time providing integral construction portions of the building. The wiring elements are decorative as well as functional.
Abstract: A safety accessory that can be used with skate boards is described. This accessory comprises two elements which are attached to the riding surface of the skate board and to the feet of the rider. This accessory permits the rider to exercise greater control during performances on the skate board. The releasable safety function of this accessory is particularly useful during the execution of acrobatics on the skate board and allows even the most inexperienced of riders to perform tricks normally executed by a skilled artisan of skate board riding.
