  • Patent number: 5840216
Abstract: Disclosed is an electroconductive paste and a laminated ceramic electronic part produced by the use of the paste. The part exhibits improved heat-shock resistance during surface mounting thereof. The paste comprises a metal component and glass frit dispersed in an organic vehicle, and the glass frit comprises a zinc borosilicate containing CaO. The proportion of CaO to the total weight of the glass frit is preferably about 3 to 15 wt. %. The laminated ceramic electronic part comprises outer electrodes formed on the sides of the body of the part by baking the paste thereon.

  • Patent number: 5823463
Abstract: A winding machine for a continuous web includes at least two support rollers defining a bed for the wound web. At least one roller has a rotatable, perforated roller shell. A stationary pressure box disposed inside the roller shell which is opened toward the inner surface of the perforated shell and is connectable to a source of pressure air. A further longitudinally extending packing closes the bottom of the gap between the first and second rollers. Longitudinal packings at the pressure box define a pressure zone extending approximately from the further packing to the place where the round roll lies on the one support roller. A suction zone is defined at the support roller upstream in the direction of roll shell rotation from the pressure zone. A grid of walls along the pressure zone in the pressure box define axially shorter length individually pressurizable zones connectable to a pressure source. In an alternate embodiment, three support rollers define two roll beds.

  • Patent number: 5742221
Abstract: An electric power disconnection apparatus for a microwave oven which is capable of simply disconnecting the electric power supply to the system when disassembling an outer casing from a frame of a microwave oven by attaching a fuse holder to the outer casing, which includes an outer casing covering the upper portion and both sides of a frame, a fuse holder having a fuse insertion groove formed in the lower portion of the fuse holder and fixed to the outer casing, with a fuse being detachably inserted into the fuse insertion groove, and a noise filter having a plurality of power terminals formed on the surface thereof and a pair of spaced-apart fuse contact members, with the noise filter serving to prevent a noise generated inside the frame, with the both ends of the fuse electrically contacting with the fuse contact portions of the fuse contact members.

  • Patent number: 5586944
Abstract: In construction of a wood type golf club head, its main body made of a material unsuited for plastic deformation such as FRP and its and hosel made of a material suited for plastic deformation such as metal are separably coupled to each other. Subtle adjustment of ball striking characteristics such as loft and lie angles can be practiced quite freely independently of the material used for the main body.
