    Abstract: A portable recording and reproducing apparatus is adapted to reproduce a melody recorded on a recording medium such as a magnetic tape and to amplify the melody and voice through a speaker as the voice is inputted from a voice input unit in tune with the melody. The apparatus is formed integrally by incorporating a sound recording medium accommodating portion, the voice input unit, and the speaker via a grip portion, and excels in portability.
