A plurality of lower baffles positioned between the outer chamber and the inner chamber and adjacent to the first opening may be included. A plurality of upper baffles positioned between the outer chamber and the inner chamber and adjacent to the outlet may be included. Floating and non-floating particulate matter may be trapped in the separation tank as storm water flows through the apparatus.
