  • Patent number: 7766190
Abstract: A crimp tube having a sealed throat opening at one end and an open end crimped close at an opposite end is provided with an internal stiffener which is resilient and will return to its original shape upon release of pressure. The stiffener is generally cylindrical and has generally radial openings therethrough communicating to the space between the outer diameter of the stiffener and the inner diameter of the tube to allow contents to flow to the interior of the stiffener and from the interior of the stiffener to the area between the stiffener and the inner diameter of the tube. The tube being formed of soft material is collapsible against the stiffener and further collapsible with the stiffener to dispense materials from the tube subsequent to opening the closure at the throat. On release of pressure the stiffener will return to its uncompressed condition.

  • Patent number: 7726999
Abstract: An electrical connector set having mating male and female connectors is provided with a first lock preventing separation, the first lock consisting of standard bayonet slot on one member and a mating key on the other member and a secondary locking mechanism consisting of a rotatable spring lock ring affixedly carried by one of the members and is positioned interior a rotatable and axially movable collar carried by the associated member. The spring ring has at least one radially urged spring finger and the collar has at least one opening dimensioned to receive the spring finger. The spring ring includes an increased thickness area in an axial dimension which is engaged against an undersurface configuration of the collar so that as the collar is rotated with respect to the spring ring it will undergo axial movement.

  • Patent number: 7611129
Abstract: A device for rotating, setting and locking driven pivotal ground anchors and for applying a predetermined tension to test load the locked anchor, comprises a horizontal base plate having an opening through which an anchor rod or cable can project, an upright post extending from the base terminating in a moveable arm carried by the post, which can be attached to the anchor cable through an intermediary cable, chain, or other fastener. The arm is rotatable through a socket drive rotatably carried at the top of the post, which can be actuated by a hand or power torsion wrench to cause rotation of the arm, to draw the anchor up, to rotate it in the ground to its set position and to apply a predetermined tension determined by the setting of the torque wrench to thereby proof test the holding power of the anchor. Various means can be provided to secure the anchor under tension.
