Abstract: A stud installation tool comprising a slide shaft including a pair of arms angled towards each other, a slide bar with a triangular head at an end engaged within the pair of arms to enable the slide bar to move along the slide shaft without disengaging, a receiving brace attached to the slide shaft at an opposing end from the slide bar, where said receiving brace includes a threaded hole, a bolt threaded through the slide bar and extending down and through the threaded hole, a bolt head fastened to the bolt and positioned above the slide bar, and a stud holder connected to the slide bar at an end opposite from the triangular head wherein the stud holder includes an opening to accept a stud after the stud is slid through a hole in an axle plate and positioned between the receiving brace and the stud holder.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for simulating a ball-striking game for a batter in a game area. The system includes a fluorescent bat, a fluorescent ball, a tracking device, and a data computing device. The fluorescent bat is adapted to be held by the batter. The fluorescent ball is adapted to be delivered to the batter for hitting the fluorescent ball with the fluorescent bat. The tracking device is capable of detecting a first set and a second set of parameters associated with the fluorescent ball. Further, the tracking device is capable of wirelessly transmitting the first set and the second set of parameters to the data computing device. The data computing device is capable of generating a score for the batter based on the first set and the second set of parameters.

Abstract: A scent container for the dispersing of animal scent comprising: a top portion; a bottom portion, where said bottom portion and the top portion are flexibly connected; an absorbent sponge contained in both the top portion and the bottom portion, where the absorbent sponge includes an animal scent; and a clamping portion, where the container attaches to the clamping portion. The clamping portion may include a handle and gripping teeth. The top portion and bottom portion may be interchangeable between a closed position and an open position. The container enables the disbursement of the animal scent when in the open position.

Abstract: An air filtering assembly capable of filtering the air having particle matter prior to entrance of the air into a compressor compartment of a refrigeration apparatus comprising: an air filtering device where it said air filtering device includes a frame and a filter member where the filter member includes a front surface and a rear surface; and a support device, where said support device is capable of attaching to an underneath portion of a door of the refrigeration apparatus. The filter member is made of a filtering material, where the filtering material is selected from at least one of a micro fiber material, a plastic material and a paper material. The frame of the air filtering device may be either a rectangular shape or a square shape.

Abstract: A safety cap assembly for sealing an ostomy bag opening comprising: an attachment means, where said attachment means secures the safety cap assembly to the ostomy bag opening; a vertical tubing, where the vertical tubing fits onto the ostomy bag opening; an absorption barrier, where said barrier lies within the inner portion of the vertical tubing; and an end cap, said end cap encloses and seals the tubing. In one exemplary embodiment, the attachment means includes a Velcro fastening strip. The absorption barrier may be made of a cotton material or other absorbent material.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a toilet seat cover for covering and sanitizing a toilet seat comprising: a top edge; a bottom edge; two side edges, where the side edges include two curved portions on each side; and two seat ridge edges above the curved portions, where seat cover includes an antibacterial agent or a disinfectant that allows a user to wipe the seat prior to use. The toilet seat cover according to the present invention may be used to cover a portion of the toilet seat, where the seat cover drapes over a portion of the toilet seat while the bottom end lies within the toilet bowl. The toilet seat cover may be made of a biodegradable material and suitable for flushing into a sewage system.

Abstract: A merry-go-round includes: a body where the body includes an upper tubular sleeve, an upper beam with a set of chair braces at each end on top of the body, a set of horizontal supports between the body and the set of chair braces; a base including a lower tubular sleeve, a plurality of legs and a plurality of feet; a base support bar connected to the plurality of legs beneath the base; a rotating bar with an upper portion and a lower portion. The merry-go-round also includes a set of chairs; a propelling mechanism; a propelling bar fastened to the rotating bar at an end and attached to the lower connection points at an opposing end, wherein the propelling mechanism enables the merry-go-round to turn when the rider pushes and pulls the handles and thrusts and relaxes against the foot bar.

Abstract: An interactive pirate themed board game comprising: a pirate ship shaped game board; a plurality of spaces on the game board, where said plurality of spaces are arranged in a plurality of levels; a starting position, where said starting position is at a lowest level of the plurality of levels; and a finishing position, where said finishing position is at a highest level of the plurality of levels. A plurality of pirate related paraphernalia, pirate related activity or penalties may be associated with the plurality of spaces, where the plurality of pirate related paraphernalia includes at least swords, eye patch, telescope, scarf, markers, coins and earrings. The winning player of the interactive pirate themed board game may be awarded a captain's hat and a stuffed parrot after reaching the finishing position.

Abstract: A power winch for retrieving a load using a strap comprising: a motor, where the motor includes a drive shaft, where the drive shaft extends from the motor and a gear coupling at the end of the drive shaft; at least one gear reducer; at least one drive shaft, where said drive shaft engages the at least one gear reducer; a gear extension in each drive shaft; and four rollers that engage the gears of the at least one drive shaft where the rollers are designated as a first top roller, the second top roller, a first bottom roller, and a second bottom roller, where the first top roller and first bottom roller are aligned in a first vertical plane and a second top roller and second bottom roller are aligned in a second vertical plane. The four rollers are positioned at four different respective vertical heights. A strap interweaves through the four rollers that allows for the movement of the strap through the rollers powered by the motor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a camera device for outdoor photography and a method to capture wildlife photographs. The camera device comprises: a four sided block; a solar panel on the top side of the block, where the solar panel supplies power to the camera device; a camera lens on each side of the block; a sensor on each side of the block, where the sensor detects motion and activates the camera lens associated with said sensor; and a programming panel on each side of the block, where the programming panel may program the functionality of each camera and sensor. The camera device also includes adequate memory and a processor, where the memory stores photographs taken by each camera and the processor executes commands related to the functionality of each camera and sensor of the camera device.

Abstract: An underwater generator for generating electricity including: a casing, a turbine propeller assembly configured within the casing; a platform, where the platform provides a mechanism to hold the casing; a cover member, where the cover member protects the turbine propeller assembly; and a power cable for transmitting electrical energy from the underwater generator to a user thereof. The casing may include a slit at a bottom portion, where the slit allows the removal of sediments, sand particles and similar materials. The turbine propeller assembly includes a plurality of blades. In one exemplary embodiment, the blades may turn in two directions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a modular footwear to provide a variety of footwear comprising: an outer enclosure, where the outer enclosure includes a base portion, a front portion, side portions and a rear portion, where the front portion includes an expansion joint and side portions include a first expansion joint and a second expansion joint; an inner enclosure, where the inner enclosure removably inserts within the outer enclosure through a first cavity; and a fastening mechanism, where said fastening mechanism secures the footwear to a foot of a user. In one exemplary embodiment, the fastening mechanism includes a plurality of eyelets along an edge of the side portions and laces, where said laces pass through the eyelets. The rear portion may include a peripheral portion, where said peripheral portion includes a first attachment mechanism for enabling a detachable engagement of the outer enclosure with the inner enclosure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a modified valve cover comprising: a top surface area; a plurality grooves over the top surface area; and a means to secure an ignition wire in each groove. The grooves extend vertically and horizontally across the top surface. The means to secure may include a clasping lip along each edge of each groove. In one particular embodiment, the valve cover is manufactured of aluminum. The width of each groove may be one of 6 mm, 7 mm and 8 mm in width. In one exemplary embodiment, the modified valve cover further comprises a cover that attaches to the valve cover and covers the ignition wires within the grooves.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a handgrip for weightlifting purposes comprising: a first surface for contact with a bar; a second surface for direct contact with a user's hand; and four corners creating a substantially parallelogram shape, where one opposite pair of corners form an angle that is less than a 90° angle and a second opposite pair of corners form an angle that is greater than a 90°, angle. The handgrip according to the present invention securely fits around the bar where said bar is a part of a barbell or dumbbell. The handgrip conforms to a substantially cylindrical shape when the user places it around the bar.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a grout dispensing system comprising: a suction mechanism that draws grout material into an elongated tube; a dispensing channel attached to a first end of the elongated tube; a suction handle extending through the elongated tube, where the suction handle draws grout into the tube when moved in a first direction and dispenses grout into the dispensing channel when moved in a second direction; a plurality of dispensing tips disposed below the dispensing channel; and a squeegee on one side of the dispensing channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the suction mechanism includes a suction cup at one end of the suction handle, where said suction cup is within said elongated tube; a suction opening at a lower end of the elongated tube; and a suction tube extending from the suction opening. The distal end of suction tube lies in a deposit of grout.

Abstract: A blood glucose measuring system comprising: a computer mouse that transmits data to an associated computer; a LED display residing on the computer mouse; a blood glucose strip receiver residing on the computer mouse; a blood glucose measurement mechanism; and software residing on the associated computer which receives blood glucose data, where the software stores the data onto a database within the associated computer. In one exemplary embodiment, the mouse may include two actuation pads and Bluetooth technology to transmit data from the mouse to the associated computer. The LED display provided on the mouse displays the glucose results measured by the measurement means. The software residing on the associated computer tabulates the blood glucose measurements and stores the data in a predetermined format.

Abstract: A jewelry loom for assisting in jewelry knotting comprising: a base; a knotting bow, where said knotting bow extends vertically from the base; a hook, where the hook extends downwardly from a top end of the bow; and a plurality of advancement knobs along the length of the bow. In the one particular embodiment, the bow extends from the base at an angle. The base may also include a cleat, where the cleat is used as a further mounting piece for the twines during the knotting process. The bow may also include a connecting wedge, where the wedge slides into a receiving slot in the base.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a self striking cigarette comprising: cigarette paper, where said cigarette paper includes a phosphorous dipped edge; a tobacco product, where the tobacco product is rolled within the cigarette paper; and a filter, where said filter is attached to the rolled cigarette paper at the non-phosphorous end. In one exemplary embodiment, the cigarette paper is ribbed along the phosphorous edge to provide a reinforcement means. The self striking cigarettes according the present invention may be packaged as a plurality of phosphorous tipped cigarettes stored within a cigarette box, where said cigarette box includes at least one striking surface in the lower corner of the cigarette box. The present invention also contemplates a method of creating a self striking cigarette.
