Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for optimized design of an irrigation system with tubing spans equipped with components including distributors, each composed of elements. The method comprises the steps of: inputting first data about spans into storage means of a computer apparatus where an IT product for designing the plant is stored, which comprises a database of the elements; inputting second data concerning the terminals of the last spans into the storage means; selecting elements from a group of sets of elements contained in the database; and generating, by the IT product, a list of components comprising the selected elements. Each of the sets is processed by the IT product by selecting, of all the available elements, those having mechanical properties suitable for the first and second input data and the previously selected elements for mechanical continuity of the irrigation plant.
Abstract: A water refilling plug for automatically filling battery cells has a cylindrical plug housing that includes a connector fitting for water delivery into a housing, as well as a valve, actuated by a float, having an annular valve body and a conical valve seat. The valve is arranged between an inflow channel and an outflow channel leading into the battery cell. In accordance with the invention, swirl-generating deflection channels are arranged between the annular inflow channel and the conical valve seat in a pattern distributed over a circumference in the plug.

In one embodiment, the power supply device includes a plurality of satellite sensors or coils disposed around the transmitter coil. Each chain link consists of a metal plate bent in the form of a U with its arms disposed to define a space intended to partially house that adjacent link positioned upstream with reference to the chain advancement direction, the arms being provided with a longitudinal slot for passage of that bar connected to the downstream link, the outer arm presenting an appendix engageable by the teeth of a drive sprocket. The method includes the steps of: providing a computer processing apparatus having storage media; installing a computer program product for sizing and changing the system; loading a general database of components susceptible of being used in the system onto the storage media; loading an initial combination of components defining the configuration of the system before the change; introducing technical specifications about the final configuration of the system into the computer program product; operating one or more changes to the system in accordance with the technical specifications of the final configuration thereof. The computer program product is designed to provide a first list of components concerned by the changes and a second list containing the changes.

In operation, the membrane becomes deformed such that at least a portion thereof changes its position with respect to the outlet, modifying the flow rate of the fluid through the outlet depending on the pressure difference. Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for applying oscillating magnetic fields, particularly for treating liquid, pasty, semi-solid or granular products, to a method of use of such apparatus, and to a system incorporating it. The apparatus comprises at least one pipe of an electrically insulating material for conveying the products to be treated, at least one plurality of electrodes around the periphery of the pipe, and means for generating one high frequency oscillating electric voltage. Each of the electrodes has a substantially annular shape, with an inner surface having a minimum radial distance from the outer cylindrical surface of the at least one pipe, which is sufficient to prevent electric currents from passing to the product to be treated. The inner surface has at least one substantially conical edge with a predetermined conicity angle to allow use of relatively high voltages with no risk of discharges to air.
