Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed that reduces variation in radiation therapy treatment planning among plurality of users within the same or different geographic locations. The system includes a method and an apparatus that provide users with the knowledge information and utilizing the knowledge information to contour target volumes for radiation treatment planning. The mode of operation includes utilizing a stand-alone workstation or a server computer connected to the plurality of thin client workstations.

Abstract: A transmission system made of gears and bearings. The system improves the efficiency of force transfer between rotational motion and rectilinear motion. To accomplish this, the gears and bearings are assembled to allow maximum torque output during force input and reproduced cyclically. Bearings of the transmission system allow a crank to rotate to a position to increase the torque applied on gears to output shaft.

Abstract: A laptop computer is disclosed. The laptop computer comprises a processor, a memory, a graphics controller, a display panel and a display housing. The display housing is for holding the display panel. The display housing has an opening for fixing a replaceable camera module or a replaceable cover module selectively. When the replaceable camera module is fixed to the opening, the replaceable camera module is electrically connected with the graphics controller and provides pixel data. The graphics controller then drives the display panel to display the pixel data.

Abstract: A stylus for a portable apparatus is disclosed. The stylus is usable as a prop to support the portable apparatus to stand on a platform and comprises a main portion and a rotating portion. The main portion comprises a tip end and a pivot end, and at least one protruding rib is disposed on the pivot end. A positioning plate is disposed on one end of the rotating portion, and connects with the protruding rib. A bolt passes through the protruding rib and the positioning plate, so that the rotating portion could pivotably connect with the main portion. Furthermore, at least one positioning structure is formed on one end of the positioning plate. The cross-sectional shape of the positioning structure is an arc shape. The stylus further comprises an elastic component and a positioning ball. The elastic component presses the positioning ball in the positioning structure, so that the portable apparatus could stand on a table surface. In addition, at least one groove is disposed on the sidewalls of the stylus.
