Abstract: An integrated system and process for improving internal combustion engine performance consists of four components: (1) an acetone-based fuel additive phase, (2) a fuel pre-heating and polarization phase, (3) an ionized hydrogen-oxygen plasma injection phase, and (4) a microprocessor-ECM interface phase to optimize the combined performance of the other three components.

Abstract: A three-wheeled vehicle having a reversed tricycle configuration provides a means of transporting a quadraped pet, such as a dog, to accompany the pet owner while he or she jogs or runs behind the vehicle pushing and steering it.

Abstract: A disposable, adhesively attachable knee-pad comprises a durable, impermeable outer casing, within which is contained a resilient padding layer, which is in turn bonded to a temporary adhesive layer. The knee-pad is attached to a pants leg by means of the temporary adhesive layer and is readily detachable without causing damage to or leaving residue on the pants fabric.

Abstract: A keeper for securing various configurations of rigged fishing line comprises a doubled strand of rigid wire bent into a form which allows a fixed end to be secured to a fishing rod blank while an open other end remains open to allow a rigged line to be inserted under it. A method of attaching the keeper to a fishing rod blank aligns it axially with the open end toward the reel seat and applies silicone type or an equivalent waterproof fastener means around the fixed end and the rod blank.

Abstract: A portable shower stall is disclosed having a basin panel and back panel hingeably connected together so as to form a suitcase-like enclosure in the closed position. Within the enclosure are stored the shower stall components. When assembled, the shower stall consists of a self-enclosing shower curtain suspended from a curtain rod which is supported by four segmented vertical poles secured in sockets in the basin panel. Water is conveyed from a faucet to a shower head and a sump-pump discharges waste water to a sink or bathtub.

Abstract: A fishing tool is designed to attach and remove split shot to/from fishing line. The tool comprises a top member, which is a flexible bowed strip of spring metal, pivotally connected to a base member, which is a rigid strip of sheet metal. The top member comprises a plier end and a prying end, either of which can be pivoted into alignment with the working end of the base member. Split shot is attached by threading line through the split and securing the shot in a splayed groove in the working end of the base member. Manual pressure applied to the split shot by the plier end causes it to close around the line. Split shot is removed from a line by placing the attached shot in the splayed groove and exerting downward pressure on the prying end, which penetrates the split in the shot and pries it open.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a detachable bracket suitable for horizontally supporting a potted plant from a vertical baluster of the type found on outdoor decks and stairways. The potted plant is supported by a cantilever arm which connects to four mutually perpendicular arms which engage all four faces of the baluster. The five arms of the bracket define three planes, and the angles between these planes enable the horizontal orientation of the mounted bracket and secure engagement of the bracket's locking arm with the side of the baluster. The bracket is mounted by orienting the locking arm vertically such that the bracket affords an aperture just wide enough to accommodate the baluster. The front of the bracket is then lowered into a horizontal position in which it can support a potted plant in an upright position. The bracket can be detached from the baluster by reversing this procedure.
