Abstract: A drawworks having a main drum spool, a main drum shaft which passes through and is rotatably and concentrically supported by the main drum spool, an auxiliary drum spool, respective drum shafts passing through and rotatably and concentrically supported by the drum spools in a manner in which wireline pull from the spools is isolated therefrom, a clutch mechanism rotatably connected to the shafts and brake mechanisms respectively connected to the main drum spool and the auxiliary drum spool outside the working area of the drawworks.

Abstract: A system and method for making an enhanced cheese product includes a milk processing system for developing cheese curd, and a mixing means which mixes the cheese curd and the enhancing agent. By applying negative pressure to a mixture of cheese curd and enhancing agent, the enhancing agent can be drawn into the cheese curds. The enhancing agent may include whey protein to increase product. Likewise, probotics, fat substitute, enzymes and flavorings may be added to the cheese curds to produce cheese products with reduced spoilage, decreased fat, accelerated ripening or new flavors.

Abstract: An apparatus for mixing viscous liquids with a reactant, catalyst or coagulant and then finishing such mixture is described which involves forming a viscous first fluid into a thin film by passage through an annulus, then injecting a second fluid into the flowing liquid to form a mixture which is thereafter finished downstream of injection of the second fluid. The mixture from the mixer is finished using a finisher associated with and downstream of the mixer. Injection may be through either annulus-forming surface or both in various patterns. The particular mixer and finisher described are adapted for use in the uniform mixing of rennet and precheese. The mixer and finisher are adapted for modification and facile disassembly for cleaning to maintain sanitary standards.

Abstract: A collectible trading card, investment game using a set of trading cards, and a method of playing the investment game designed to raise awareness in the concepts of investing in the equities market. Each trading card features a unique publicly traded corporate business entity and includes printed indicia including at least one of corporate, product, service and financial information of a corporate business entity associated with the card and represents at least one theoretical share of stock in a corporate business entity. The printed indicia allows a collector to engage in a trade of at least one card to another collector based on at least the actual stock price of the corporate business entity associated with the card.

Abstract: In a supporting structure for a brake pedal assembly pivotally mounted for rocking motion on the rear surface of a dash panel of an automobile through a first bracket, a front portion of the first bracket is fixed to the dash panel and a rear-end upper portion thereof is coupled to a second bracket fastened to an instrument panel member as a car body member in a cabin so as to be disengageable by the application of a load of automobile collision above a predetermined level. The brake pedal assembly is pivotally mounted for rocking motion to the first bracket. On the underside of the second bracket, an inclined guide surface is provided which abuts against the upper end of the brake pedal assembly when the coupling between the first and second brackets is disengaged in an automobile collision so that the first bracket moves backward together with the brake pedal assembly. The inclined guide surface guides the brake pedal assembly in its downward movement through its abutment against the inclined guide surface.
