Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-layered metal panel with a fire retardant inner core disposed between two wire mesh layers. The fire retardant inner core is a substrate coated with a fire retardant material. The wire mesh layers on top and bottom of the inner core affix the fire retardant inner core in between. A wire frame surrounds the peripheral edge of the wire mesh layers to provide structural rigidity to the panel. A protective sheet surrounds the entire panel to protect it from rain and wind.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to containers configured for use on dual planar as well as single planar surfaces that can deviate from the horizontal. Such special receptacles can be used in a variety of static environments having sloped surfaces including: hills, damaged or structures under construction, sloping roofs, and the like. The primary object is to provide a substantially horizontal storage or support structure for objects.

Abstract: A dispensing capsule and method for use thereof, wherein the dispensing capsule is preferably pre-loaded during time of manufacture with a selected dry or liquid ingredient to facilitate subsequent consumer use. The dispensing capsule comprises an apertured housing removably-engagable to the opening of a bottle or container containing a fluid. Preloaded ingredients contained within a cavity in the housing may be introduced or discharged into the bottle by simply depressing a button on the diaphragm of the housing, thereby actuating a breakaway plunger to open an aperture in the opposing base plate of the housing, permitting the contents to flow through the aperture and into the liquid contents of the bottle. The combined contents and liquid within the bottle may subsequently be agitated (e.g., shaken or mixed) without fear or risk of leakage or spillage. A hand held dispensing capsule is also disclosed.

Abstract: There is provided an improved pocket golf tool comprising a golf tee angle adjuster, together with one or more of the following components: golf tee leveler, a golf tee height adjuster, a divot repairer, a club face cleaner, a ball marker, and an object rest. In a preferred embodiment, all of these components are incorporated in the golf tool.

Abstract: The present invention relates to auxiliary detachable accessories associated with portable image capture and storage devices. Enhancements provided by the accessories include protective coverings for the integrated displays and integrated lenses, as well as the use of auxiliary conversion lenses that can be selectively attached to such devices to assist a user in enhancing in addition to creating artistic accentuations to the images.
