The encapsulant is formed above the upper surface of the substrate. The external terminals are disposed on the lower surface of the substrate. The stress release layer is formed on the interface of the substrate and the encapsulant such that the external terminals are movable with respect to the encapsulated chip. In addition, a fabrication process of the semiconductor package is also disclosed.
Abstract: The present invention is for measuring the diameter of a steel reinforcement rod in a concrete. Therein, a comparing rod is deposed outside of the construction and is corresponding to the steel rod to make the magnification rates of the steel rod and the comparing rod be the same. Then, the comparing rod and the steel rod are irradiated by a radioactive-ray source. And, then, a display is provided to show images of the rods to evaluate the size and the defect of the steel rod by the size and the shape of the comparing rod, so that the examination accuracy can be greatly improved and the examination result can be a reference for evaluating the construction safety.
Abstract: A disk drive includes a gear transmission system disposed within a casing. The gear transmission system includes first and second gears, a driven plate having a first serrated portion meshed with the first gear, a second serrated portion facing a third gear, and first and second guiding slots. A lifting frame has two couplers slidably engaging with the slots in the driven plate. Rotation of the third gear alternately in opposite directions results in movement of the driven plate in right and left sides of the casing, which, in turn, results in lifting of the frame to an upper reading position, in which, a resilient pushing arm of the lifting frame abuts against the driven plate to provide resilience between the second serrated portion and the third gear.

Abstract: A twist stationary bike of a fitness equipment including a pedal driven vertical shaft provided on the bike frame, a turning bar located on a top of the shaft, a seat pivotally connected to an end of the turning bar for a user to sit on and to step on pedals to revolve the vertical shaft for naturally twisting the waist and swinging the buttock of the user to achieve a fitness purpose.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an protection device of a surge protector, which comprises: a first fuse; a resistor; a switching circuit; a second fuse; and a surge protector; thereby the switching circuit can be turned ON and make the resistor be heated when the sensing end senses a low potential, and then makes the first fuse be opened due to sense heat, so as to cut off the power source.
Abstract: A mass storage cradle device that enables different types of storage devices to be conveniently added or removed from a computer or equipment without disassembling and reassembling the computer or equipment which comprising: a cradle portion that can be secured to a drive bay of the computer or equipment, which comprises openings; an enclosure portion that can slide in and out of the cradle portion for containing the storage devices and providing connection of the electrical signals of the storage devices; and a bridge portion that can be positioned inside the enclosure portion and comprises a first interface as well as a second interface, wherein, the first interface is different to the second interface, either in signals type or physical connecting type.
Abstract: A method for patching up thin-film transistor (TFT) circuit patterns on a display panel comprises the following steps. Firstly, a mask having an opening is placed above the display panel and the opening corresponds to the location of the cracks of the circuits on the display panel. Subsequently, a plasma sputtering procedure is performed to deposit a metal thin film through the opening of the mask on the display panel so as to connect the broken circuits. When the metal thin film is covered on a plurality of the circuits, a laser cut-out procedure is performed to cut apart the metal thin film on the plurality of the circuits so as to prevent the different circuits from short circuits.
Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) package unit, including a substrate having a concave, a LED chip, at least two electrodes, at least two wires, a gel and a first wavelength-converting material. The LED chip, disposed in the concave, including a top-face, a bottom-face for jointing with the substrate, and at least two chip-electrodes. The LED chip emits light of a first wavelength. The electrodes are disposed on the substrate. The wires are respectively connecting one of the chip-electrode with one of the electrode. The gel is disposed to seal the LED chip and the wires. The first wavelength-converting material including Sr—Si—O—N:Eu is doped within the gel. The first wavelength-converting material absorbs light of the first wavelength and emits light of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength.

Abstract: An electric connector having an insulating body, a plurality of terminals received in the insulating body and a press unit pressing a chip module. The press unit has at least one elastic arm. The elastic arm has a driving portion. At least one limiting body is formed on the insulating body. When the driving portion is driven, the limiting body serves to limit the elastic arm not to over-deform.
Abstract: A air shroud installed on a circuit board is composed of a circuit board which is installed with an outer housing, an inner surface of which is connected with at least more than one fan, and a side of which is provided with an air exit. The fan is provided with an air entrance and an air exit, wherein the air exit is corresponding to the air exit of outer housing. Air sucked in by the air entrance of fan is expelled out of the air exit of outer housing to be exported, through the air exit of fan, such that the air can be led to another space area or be used to dissipate heat from a specific electronic component.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic water inlet switching device for an oscillating sprinkler that has a sprinkle control unit having a blade equipped gear transmission set housed therein, working together with a water inlet switching device having an operation unit and a movable swinging seat. The bottom of the movable swinging seat is provided with two water stop ends in opposite to two outlet holes defined on a coupling unit with a concaved bounded space placed at the center thereof. An action stick of the operation unit is operable inside the bounded space so that in the water inlet switching operation the swinging angle of the action stick is limited within the bounded space and the action stick will move against the push end thereof so as to produce a built-up force to instantaneously spring away the movable swinging seat no matter what the water pressure is high or low in operation.
Abstract: A sleeve-tightening heat dissipating module includes a pillar, a sleeve, a stand, and heat sinks, wherein the pillar is a cylinder with a wider lower part, and the sleeve can be enclosed at a circumference of the pillar and is provided with a chimb at its bottom rim for allowing the stand and heat sinks to be sheathed on it. As an inner diameter of wider part of the sleeve is smaller than an outer diameter of wider part at lower end of the pillar, the sleeve will be locked on a top end of wider part of the pillar upon assembling. If the sleeve is pressed downward, the sleeve can be expanded outward to tighten the heat sinks, so as to be assembled and fixed with the heat sinks, without a need to paste with a glue, to weld, and to anodize.
