Abstract: A board for gliding for downhill skiing, of “shell” type construction having, at lest in an underfoot zone a lower gliding surface composed of a sole plate bordered by metal edges and a topsheet substantially parallel to the lower gliding surface, on either side of the center longitudinal plane of the board. The underfoot zone further includes lateral faces extending between the metal edges and the topsheet, the lateral faces having recesses located below the plane of the topsheet and opening out in the latter. The base of the recess forms a slope that is inclined longitudinally relative to the lower gliding surface and the topsheet.

Abstract: An injection nozzle for plastic injection moulding equipment having a nozzle tip (4) with an internal hollow element (5) made of a material with high thermal conductivity, and an external hollow element (6) made of a material with a lower thermal conductivity. The internal hollow element (5) is connected to the body (1) of the injector nozzle independently with respect to the external hollow element (6), and a space of mutual separation (19) is defined between the internal and external hollow elements (5, 6).
Abstract: Interface plate (1) intended to be secured to the upper face of a ski and capable of accommodating the toe piece and the heel piece of a safety binding, characterized in that it has a longitudinal recess forming a slideway capable of holding projecting parts situated under the toe piece and under the heel piece, while allowing the toe piece and the heel piece to slide inside the slideway with a view to adjusting the binding to the length of the boot, and in which the profiles (10, 11; 12, 13) of the zones of the slideway respectively holding the toe piece and the heel piece are geometrically identical.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ski (1) comprising at least one binding-raising zone (5) formed by an extra thickness of the structure of the ski forming a projection in the region of the zone of the runner (2). Such a ski has a groove (12) let in over at least a portion of the length of each of its lateral faces, said groove (12) being located between the upper face (6) of the raising zone (5) and the edge (9) of the ski.
Abstract: A feeding bottle (10) includes a teat assembly (14) and an air inlet (18) at its base. A stopper assembly (21) seals the aperture (18) and is manually operable to allow air flow through the aperture providing pressure equalisation within the bottle.
Abstract: A system for controlled freezing, storing and thawing a biopharmaceutical material includes a flexible container and a supporting structure. The flexible container is adapted to receive the biopharmaceutical material therein for freezing, storing and thawing. The container further includes a flange and the supporting structure is engageable with the flange to receive the container. The supporting structure may position the container for freezing and may protect it during transport and storage.

Abstract: Hydrotherapy-tub coplanar-flow device includes slotted nozzle on a body for discharge of fluids from the nozzle in a substantially coplanar flow. The body is adapted for mounting on an inner surface of a hydrotherapy tub and attachable to first and second fluid supply conduits. Further, the body has a first inlet for flow of water from the first fluid supply conduit and a second inlet for flow of air from the second fluid supply conduit. The slotted nozzle discharges these fluids in the substantially coplanar flow. The second inlet of the body is located between the first inlet and the slotted nozzle. The body includes an air dam located between the inlets, such as an interior face portion having a steep decline toward the second inlet of the body.
Abstract: Board for gliding over snow (1) comprising a gliding sole plate (2) bordered by metal side edges (3), an upper protective and decorative layer (4), and a filler core (6), including, on at least one of its faces, the lower face and/or the upper face, at least one internal rigid reinforcement (5), wherein this internal rigid reinforcement has at least one laterally flush zone (9, 11) in the region of the heel of the board for gliding over snow so as to allow the centering of the median longitudinal axis of said reinforcement relative to the median longitudinal axis of the board for gliding over snow.
Abstract: A snowboarding boot includes a sole assembly having an outsole with a the lower face for contacting a ground surface and a reinforcing piece. Further included is a transverse plate for interaction with complementary arrangements of a binding. The plate is mechanically integrated with the sole assembly. An elastic element is interposed between the plate and the sole assembly. The element is deformable to allow lateral deflection of the boot relative to the binding.
