Abstract: A peripheral computer enclosure includes a casing, a plurality of slots, a plurality of canisters being disposed in the slots, a plurality of storage devices, a plurality of canisters, a back plane, a power supply, a blower, a controller card and a personality board. The casing has an open front and a back. The slots are disposed inside the casing. The back plane is disposed in the casing. The power supply is disposed in the casing. The blower is disposed in the casing. Each storage device is disposed in one of the canisters. The back plane interconnects the storage devices. The personality board is connected to the back plane. The controller card is connected to the back plane.

Abstract: A quick release latching mechanism is used with a combined carrier and a compartment of an enclosure. The quick release-latching mechanism securely couples the carrier and the device to a base. The quick release-latching device includes a mounting pin and a lever arm that the mounting pin pivotally mounts to one of the two side-walls of the base. The lever arm has a cut-portion in the shape of a short, rounded trough having a peripheral edge and, when pivotally mounted to the base, is disposed on the inside of the base on one of the two side-walls of the base so that, when the guide pins of the carrier have slided down the ramps of the cut-out portions of the two side-walls of the base and into the guide slots thereof, the peripheral edge of the cut-out portion of the lever arm entraps one of the guide pins of the carrier thereby securing the carrier and the device in place. The placement of the cover locks the quick release latching mechanism in place.

Abstract: A carrier for sunglasses for use with a bicycle having a handle-bar includes a holder and a connector. The connector includes a tubular member with a longitudinal gap forming a first portion thereof, a band and a tab. The band forms a second portion thereof, has a plurality of teeth and is attached to a first peripheral edge of the gap at one end. The tab has a slot and is attached to a second peripheral edge of the gap. The holder includes a basket which has an open top and an open bottom and a tongue which has a soft rubber, semi-rod shape shim. The tongue is resiliently and pivotally coupled to the basket. A pair of sunglasses which has a frame and a pair of wands with one of the wands is inserted into the open top of the basket and passing through the open bottom thereof and whereby the tongue resiliently presses the soft rubber, semi-rod shape shim against the wand thereby holding it in place.
