    Abstract: Polyalkylenepolyamines consisting essentially of repeating units having the formula ##STR1## where R is alkylene having up to twelve carbon atoms, of which not more than six carbon atoms are in the polymer backbone chain; and R' is H, alkyl having up to 12 carbon atoms or aralkyl having up to 16 carbon atoms, are antioxidants for hydraulic fluids, elastomers and other organic substances that deteriorate by contact with oxygen.
