Abstract: The system comprises stationary and removable couplers. The stationary one is mounted in a pipe flange by a thread ending in a stop flange. The stationary coupler is adapted to alternately receive each of a pair of removable couplers, one being adapted to receive the female end fitting of a hose, and the other the male end fitting of a hose.
Abstract: Two small diameter fiberglass tubes are rolled on silicone rubber slugs and inserted into a larger cylinder which is then pinched into a figure-8 shape. This is put in the curing mold. When heated the silicone rubber expands to push the fiberglass into contact with mold surfaces. After cooling the slugs can be pulled lengthwise, which reduces their diameter so they are self freeing from within the cured frame.

Abstract: A spear gun having a dog member is fulcrumed to a vertical pin carried by the trigger guard of the handgrip of an underwater gun. Said dog member is provided with sidewise outwardly projecting arm, and is further provided with an intermediate notch cooperating with the front edge of the lower end of the trigger, to lock said dog member into line retaining position whenever the trigger is in its rest position, and to unlock said dog member into line releasing position upon operation of the trigger. The dog member is cam shaped in proximity of said notch, and the said cam cooperates with the front edge on the trigger in order to automatically reset the dog member into its cocking or line retaining position after each shot.
