Abstract: The fan filter mounting frame is useful in installation of equipment in a cell of suspension grid systems when the equipment is passed through and is placed in a corner of the cell. The equipment is supported partially directly by the grid and partially indirectly by the grid through an adapting frame insert. The frame insert is connected between the equipment and the suspension grid system and may have two legs that meet at an apex, a first leg extending along a first grid rail and a second leg extending along an adjacent second grid rail. Each of the two legs also extends between its respective rail and the equipment, supporting the equipment on the respective suspension grid rails. Thus, the grid system may be in its design position or condition prior to and during placement and replacement of the equipment without disruption.

Abstract: A jamb mounting bracket for a door or window that includes a jamb flange and a wall flange connected at right angles along an edge. The jamb flange includes one or more keyhole slots extending away from the edge from a narrow portion to an enlarged portion. The jamb flange can be installed on a jamb after the jamb has been placed in the wall opening by placing the enlarged portion of the keyhole slot over a pre-installed fastener in the outer side of the jamb and then sliding the jamb flange inwardly until the shank of the fastener is in the narrow portion of the slot. Marks and score lines on the bracket can be used to plumb and properly position the bracket fasteners. Transverse slots extending from the keyhole slot can be used to lock a fastener at a given position along the keyhole slot. Removable tabs position the bracket at the edge of a wall opening.

Abstract: A golf ball stacking device comprises a hollow, elongated body formed of three panels of clear, flexible plastic sheet material connected together at ends to form a hollow tube having an hourglass shape and a generally triangular cross section. Each panel has relatively wide upper and lower ends and a relatively narrow neck portion positioned between the ends. The neck portions are bowed inwardly to form a relatively narrow arcuate throat for balls to pass between larger upper and lower chambers of the body. The upper chamber comprises an inlet for receiving golf balls. The lower chamber comprises a stacking chamber for stacking the golf balls in a triangular pyramid. The panels are not rigidly connected together at the throat, so that the panels surrounding the throat can flex outwardly to prevent ball clogging in the throat. Slots in the side edges permit manipulation of the balls inside the device. A removable flat tray fits under the body and supports a triangular pyramidal stack of balls on the tray.

Abstract: A self-cleaning bleeder valve comprises an annular housing that is mounted in an opening in a pressure vessel, and a valve member that screws into the housing for movement toward and away from an orifice opening in the housing. The valve member includes a gasket seal and orifice drill at an inner end of the valve member. The orifice is positioned such that when the valve member is screwed into the annular housing, the drill extends through the orifice, automatically cleaning the orifice while restricting the rate of gas flow out of the orifice to the space between the drill and the orifice.

Abstract: A decelerator apparatus for mounting at the end of a pneumatic fruit harvesting or delivery tube. The decelerator comprises a housing with a moving decelerator body aligned with a fruit-receiving inlet connected to the pneumatic delivery tube. The decelerator body, for example a padded rotating wheel, moves at a speed slower than the speed at which the fruit is pneumatically delivered into the housing, and further defines a compressive deceleration path that moves the fruit in a compressive but protective fit toward a housing exit, releasing the fruit after the fruit has been decelerated to the speed of the moving body.

Abstract: An applicator system comprises a reservoir, a conduit extending from a first end at the reservoir to an opposite terminal end, an applicator connected with the conduit, a flow control engaging the conduit, and a holder releasably coupling with the applicator. The applicator has a liquid impermeable back, an opposite porous face, and a plenum. The plenum, situated between the back and face, releasably couples with the conduit terminal end and distributes fluid to the face. The face and plenum may be replaceable and disposable. The holder is a rigid member that releasably couples with the applicator, provides a structural foundation to the applicator, and includes a handle for manipulation by a user. An extension can be employed to connect the flow control to the handle, effectively extending the length of the handle. A helical coil portion of the conduit can be conveniently wrapped around the extension to prevent kinking.

Abstract: A vibration table for testing products employs threaded inserts for mounting the test products or fixtures therefor on the table. The threaded inserts have enlarged and elongated threaded shafts that engage threaded openings in the upper surface of the table, with enlarged heads on the inserts being positioned adjacent the outer surface of the table or the outer surface of an insulation layer mounted on the table. The inserts have elongated internally threaded openings therein, to which the test products or fixtures are bolted by elongated bolts. The inserts enhance the transmission of vibration forces to the test product with or without an insulating layer. They also provide improved temperature uniformity by providing air circulation between the test product and the table.

Abstract: An improved fuel line connector for connecting a fuel line connection valve to a fuel cylinder outlet valve includes an improved, replaceable tip seal mounted on the tip or nose of the connector valve. The tip seal provides an additional, effective face seal between the connector body and the cylinder outlet valve. The tip seal, being on the fuel line connector, can be maintained and replaced by the party using the vehicle or filling the fuel cylinder.

Abstract: A bendable mailbox or sign post comprises a foundation defined at one of a dirt, a concrete, and an asphalt surface. A top assembly releasably couples with the foundation and has a plate and a stub extending upward from the plate. The elongated post extends vertically from a bottom end connected with the top assembly. A resilient interconnection is provided between the post and the top assembly, whereby the post pivots about the bottom end and deflects from its vertical orientation when a lateral force is applied to the post and the post returns to the vertical orientation when no lateral force is applied. A frangible interconnection may be provided between the resilient interconnection member and one of the post and the stub.

Abstract: A quick connect fuel hose connector for connecting an LP fuel hose to a threaded inlet fitting on a vehicle or appliance fuel tank comprises an annular body having an inlet for fuel at an inner end and an outlet for fuel at a recessed opening in an outer end. Latch members pivotally mounted in slots on opposite sides of the body engage and latch the connector to the fuel tank inlet fitting when the connector is fitted over the inlet fitting. A lost motion spring seal maintains a tight seal between the connector and the inlet fitting. A replaceable nose seal on an outlet valve in the connector provides an improved sealing connection between the connector outlet valve and the fuel tank inlet valve.
