Abstract: In order to facilitate, and largely to automate, the installation of cable supports on a duct wall, an installation vehicle can be displaced in the duct. The vehicle has a basic body which contains a storage battery and on which are mounted wheels. At least one of the wheels is driven by an integrated wheel-hub motor. Carriers for supporting seats for the operators are provided on opposite end sides of the basic body and the individual subassemblies are controlled via a control box on the basic body. A platform, which can be raised by a hydraulic cylinder carries pivoting brackets. The pivoting brackets carry slides for percussion drills, which can be displaced into their operating position, in the direction of the duct wall, by way of a pneumatic spring and moved, counter to the force of the spring, into a rest position.

Abstract: An exposure mask has a phase mask and a phase-shifting dummy structure. The exposure mask can be repaired with regard to defects in the dummy structure. For that purpose, repair structures are applied on the exposure mask substrate material which have a lower phase shift compared to the dummy structures. The repair structure is preferably produced from carbon, the carbon being applied in a suitable layer thickness such that the repair structure no longer permits any transmission. In a preferred embodiment, the repair structure is arranged laterally offset with respect to the defect in the dummy structure.

Abstract: Polyhydroxyamides are polymerized to form highly-crosslinked, temperature-stable polymers. The polyhydroxyamides include as their central, parent structure a benzenetricarboxylic acid to which side chains containing a terminal reactive group are attached by an amide bond. By way of this reactive group, highly crosslinked polymers can be formed. In addition, the polyhydroxyamide can be added as an additive to polymers in order to bring about three-dimensional crosslinking.
