Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing viscous products at elevated temperatures includes a receptacle for receiving a bag of product having a flexible discharge tube therefrom, or in the alternative, includes a receptacle that has a flexible discharge tube. A peristaltic pump is secured beneath the receptacle to force the movement of food product throughout the discharge tube. A heating assembly is positioned within the receptacle and heats the air. A fan circulates the air about the receptacle and tube so as to maintain the temperature of the food product at a level to permit free flowing of the product from the bag throughout the tube.
