    Abstract: A bandgap reference circuit has a pre-regulator that achieves a low temperature coefficient through the use of a VBE multiplier and feedback from the output bandgap voltage VBG. This low temperature coefficient in the pre-regulator allows the bandgap reference circuit to output the bandgap voltage VBG with a low temperature coefficient.
