Abstract: There is disclosed herein a method of applying an active electronic countermeasure (ECM) False Target technique against MTI staggered pulse threat radar. This is accomplished by radar circuits which digitally transfer false target arrays grouped about low pulse repetition frequency (PRF) pulses to high PRF pulses, when they are present. The circuits of the invention then phase shift each transferred array with respect to the fundamental system clock rate to achieve proper alignment.

Abstract: A circuit injects the signal from a stable localized oscillator past a pin diode switch through a first circulator to a waveguide, a second circuit injects a noise signal from a generating diode through a second circulator to the first circulator to the waveguide, a switching system causes the diodes to function in a coordinated manner.

Abstract: Microwave integrated circuits are enclosed in metal boxes. As more functions are added to circuits RF moding increases. One method of minimizing RF moding is to place a post in the box. This invention broadens the band of frequencies controlled by the post method by attaching a lossy RF absorbing pellet to the end of the mode suppression post.

Abstract: An automatic eddy current probe is revolved in a hole to be inspected, the output of the probe is divided to provide two signals to a recorder, a filtered signal will indicate the presence or absence of a flaw, a non filtered signal indicates probe position, this is particularly valuable when scanning through several structural layers.

Abstract: An input signal having a frequency is supplied as input to an exclusive `OR` -gate, the signal is sent to a register selected for the number of times the input signal is to be divided, output from the register is sent to an `AND` gate, output from this gate is fed back to the `OR` gate which, after the selected count, inverts the signal to the register resetting the register. Output of the register is an odd function of the input signal.
Abstract: An electrical feedthrough system for pressurized containers comprising a `T` shaped flexible member adapted to pass through an opening in a container and an epoxy used as a secondary seal and support. A conductor passes through the `T` shaped member which maintains a seal around the conductor. Electrical connections are made to terminals at either end of the conductor.
