    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an evaporative cooler construction having a frame comprising corner posts, a sump pan and a cover pan, together with pivotal access doors above and between the corner posts adapted to overlie and expose upper portions of evaporative cooler pad assemblies between the corner posts; said access doors also adapted to lock into place louver grills disposed between the corner posts and substantially flush with the outer extremeties thereof; the disclosure also relating to novel structural interconnection of the corner posts, the sump pan and the cover pan, as well as novel bayonet hinge structure connecting the access doors with the cover pan of the evaporative cooler construction.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an electrostatically rechargeable device comprising a body having a rubbing end adapted to be rubbed against fabric or other material for electrostatically charging the device. The device is preferably made of teflon and may utilize a metal cap thereon with "Teflon" (Polytetrafluoroethylene) on the outer side thereof, and the device is provided with a series of lands and grooves around its intermediate portion to extend the surface dimension thereof from the chargeable end to the opposite end to thereby inhibit the leakage of electrostatic charges from the chargeable end thereof.
