    Abstract: A dish antenna adjustment method is performed as follows. A dish antenna angle adjustment apparatus is provided; the dish antenna angle adjustment apparatus having a base member, a first rotation member and a second rotation member. The first rotation member is pivotally connected to the second rotation member, and rotates by a first rotation angle relative to the second rotation member. The second rotation member is pivotally connected to the base member, and rotates by a second rotation angle relative to the base member. A first rotating angle adjustment mechanism is connected to the angle adjustment apparatus of the dish antenna, e.g., the first rotating angle adjustment mechanism connects the first rotation member and the second rotation member. The first rotating angle adjustment mechanism adjusts the first rotation angle between the first and second rotation members.

    Abstract: A microfluidic device with microstructure includes a channel for accommodating an electrolytic solution therein and at least one microstructure formed in the channel. When an alternating-current signal is input to the microfluidic device so that a surface of the microstructure is polarized by a generated electric field, ions having polarity reverse to that of an electrolytic solution will migrate to the surface of the microstructure to form a field-induced electrical double layer to result in electro-osmotic flows at the corners at two sides of the microstructure, which causes formation of relatively fierce circular vortices in the solution. A sensing system and a sensing method using the microfluidic device with microstructure are also disclosed.

The polishing layer is disposed on the conductive film, and includes a second high polymer. The second high polymer has a plurality of second holes. Even though the bottom layer and the polishing layer are poor conductors, the conductivity thereof is raised by the conductive film, so that the polishing pad has good conductivity. Further, the polishing pad has a flexible surface, which prevents a surface of a workpiece to be polished from being scratched during polishing.
