Abstract: The invention relates to a method for removing heavy metal ions from the lattice of tectosilicates or phyllosilicates, especially from zeolite mineral, particularly clinoptilolite, by exchanging ions with calcium ions. According to the inventive method, the zeolite rock is brought in contact with hydrochloric and ammonium-containing solutions in a chain of exchange reactors such that a large part of the cations of the lattice are replaced with ammonium ions, and the ammonium ions located in the lattice are replaced with calcium in a basic calcium hydroxide solution. The ammonium or ammonia used in the process is conducted in the circuit by binding the same in hydrochloric acid as an ammonium ion from the exchange solutions by conveying anhydrous ammonia and can be fed back to the exchange solution. The ions from the lattice that are exchanged are essentially precipitated as phosphate, carbonate, or hydroxide.
Abstract: A method and system is provided that in a fully automated manner crawls web sites and identifies specific types of web pages, then extracts targeted data from those web pages. One or more text nodes containing product-related information on a first web page are first identified, and the locations of those text nodes are described using one or more vectors. The vectors are then analyzed to identify one or more patterns and to generate a model from those patterns that discriminates between text nodes that contain product-related information and text nodes that do not contain product-related information on a second web page. The model can then be used to crawl web sites to identify and extract targeted data, or the model can be installed on a user's computer to identify and extract targeted information from web sites as the user is browsing.

Abstract: A centrifugal friction clutch providing for a separation between the pressure and/or fixed plates and the friction surfaces of the clutch discs to provide for reduced heat transfer to said pressure and fixed plates, reduced risk of deformation of said plates, and improved distribution of axial forces to maintain maximum frictional engagement. Said pressure plates and fixed plates further including air impeller vanes or similar structures on their interior surface to further improve heat dissipation and reduce the risk of deformation.
