Abstract: A building constructed of a molded fiberglass inner shell having a molded fiberglass outer shell positioned thereover to create a space therebetween which is filled with a foam core material. Each of the inner and outer shells include upstanding walls and a roof extending thereover. The inner and outer shells are provided with registering door openings formed therein into which a door is mounted. A pair of differently designed floors may be utilized in the building. Further, the floor may be omitted if desired. The outer surface of the outer shell has a smooth finish as does the inner surface of the inner shell.
Abstract: An upper conveyor and trimming blade assembly for an automatic trimmer adapted for trimming a layer of material, conforming with the shape of a trimming blade, from a meat product. The assembly includes an upper conveyor mounted in a vertically spaced relation above a lower conveyer wherein cooperative movement of the upper and lower conveyor is operative to transport the meat product into trimming engagement with a trimming blade. A trimming blade is mounted on the skinning machine base frame, for trimming the unwanted material from the meat product. The trimming blade is mounted in a holder adapted to bend the blade into a shape conforming with the shape of the meat product being trimmed. The assembly may be constructed as a replacement kit for installation on existing machines or installed during the fabrication of the automatic trimming machine.
Abstract: A yard hydrant of the venturi check valve-fluid reservoir type has a manually operable flow diverter valve which will provide full fluid flow through the hydrant to effectively siphon residual fluid from the reservoir without removal of hoses, backflow preventers or the like from the nozzle of the hydrant. The flow diverter valve is located upstream of the fluid discharge nozzle of the hydrant. A tube connects the venturi check valve with the extreme bottom of the reservoir so that all the residual fluid in the reservoir can be removed therefrom.

Abstract: An adjustment tool and means for adjusting the axial position of a tractor wheel and hub with respect to an axle including a cross beam with two perpendicularly extending arms being adjustably positionable on the cross beam. The arms extend to abut against the wheel and have rod members extending from those ends which are insertable through auxiliary apertures in the wheel. A center rod is mounted on the cross beam, is adjustable perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the cross beam, and is alignable with the axle of the tractor. The hub and wheel can be moved outwardly along the tractor axle by securing the rods on the end of the arms to the wheel and then adjusting the center rod down against the tractor axle causing the secured rods and arms to pull the wheel and hub along the axle.
Abstract: An internal combustion engine comprising an engine frame having a drive shaft rotatably mounted therein and extending outwardly therefrom. A pair of cylinder sleeves are mounted on the engine frame and have their inner ends positioned within the interior of the frame and their outer ends positioned outwardly thereof. A cylinder head is secured to the outer end of each of the sleeves and is separated thereby by means of a heat insulative gasket. Each of the cylinder heads has a dome-shaped chamber formed therein which is in communication with a source of combustible fuel. An air inlet conduit is mounted on one end of the engine frame and is in communication with a source of air under pressure such as a blower, supercharger or the like. The air inlet conduit is in communication with an air passageway formed in the engine frame which is in communication with air inlet openings formed in the cylinder sleeves.
Abstract: A recovery process for reclaiming precious metals from industrial process residues, such as silver chloride resulting from salt analysis of meats in a packing plant, or alternatively, from industrial waste photographic papers or the like. The process comprises pretreating the material with an oxidizing agent capable of substantially completely oxidizing organic contaminants, reacting the material with ammonium hydroxide to form a soluble amine complex, and reacting the amine complex with ascorbic acid or a salt form of ascorbic acid to provide precious metal in elemental form. The preferred process is for reclaiming silver.
