Abstract: Various embodiments of the invention, therefore, provide enhanced devices for the measurement of a pressure of a bodily fluid, as well as methods of using and/or manufacturing such devices. In one set of embodiments, for example, a device for measuring a fluid may comprise an inlet port, which may be configured to be in fluid communication with a bodily fluid. Merely by way of example, in a particular set of embodiments, the inlet port may be in fluid communication with (and/or may comprise and/or be incorporated within) a needle designed to be inserted (e.g., subdermally) into a subject (such as a human and/or animal patient).
