The techniques comprise receiving an exchange request comprising a universally unique ephemeral key (UUEK); identifying a local data construct of a cross-platform data object based on the UUEK; providing a value request to a internal service corresponding to a member platform using the cross-platform data object; receiving, based on a contribution ruleset corresponding to the member platform, an updated exchange request from the internal service; providing an adjusted authorization request to another member platform based on the updated exchange request; receiving, from the other member platform, an authorization response based on the adjusted authorization request; and providing the authorization response to the terminal.
