Abstract: A system for populating web-based form and managing e-commerce checkout process is disclosed. Combined with the data mapping to user profile, the checkout workflow should be able to make all of the necessary calls on behalf of the user to perform checkout completely. The system performs user authentication to ensure that the user profile is accessed only by the authorized user. During run-time, the program adds the product to cart, and load the checkout pages on behalf of the user, remembers the states such as the cookies and CSRF tokens and performs the form filling using their user profile data. The system makes one or more server calls to the e-commerce website from at least one of the servers or a browser in one click based on filled we-based form to complete a checkout process.

Abstract: A system to manage bi-directional electronic commerce order fulfillment process is disclosed. A processing subsystem including an order receiving module to receive one or more purchase orders corresponding to one or more products from a buyer at a first platform. An order handling module determines product state information associated with the first platform, identifies a requirement of transferring the one or more purchase orders corresponding to the one or more products to a second platform, transfers the one or more purchase orders from the first platform to the second platform via one or more order transferring processes. An order fulfilment module conveys buyer information associated with purchasing of the one or more products to the second platform, manages one or more payment options for financing the one or more products, receives delivery initiation information of the one or more products to the buyer, obtains an order fulfillment confirmation.

Abstract: A system for facilitating e-commerce transaction is disclosed. The system includes a request receiving module to enable the interactive support agent platform to receive order requests from a customer. The system includes an order placement module to identify a merchant from a merchant database based on the order requests corresponds to the customer specific merchandise or service request and enable the interactive support agent platform to select products from a catalogue of an identified merchant based on the order requests. The system includes a checkout processing module to enable the interactive support agent platform to share a checkout page with the customer via a communication medium based on selected products corresponds to the identified merchant and perform a checkout process by transmitting billing and shipping information via a secure checkout page rendered within a chat window, a browser or the user interface corresponding to the interactive support agent platform.
