Abstract: The present specification discloses a sample-collecting device capable of quantitative sampling. The sample-collecting device according to the present specification comprises an upper housing and a lower housing which are coupled to be engaged with each other. A film part and a light diffusion part may be provided between the upper housing and the lower housing. A pillar-shaped sample inlet having a central path may be formed in the upper surface of the upper housing, and a sample stopper may be formed as a step on the lower surface of the upper housing. The step is spaced apart by a predetermined distance from a hole in the central path, which is formed in the lower surface of the upper housing, to form a sample storage space, and the step is in contact with the film part to enable sealing so that a sample that has flowed into the sample storage space does not flow out between the sample stopper and the film part.

Abstract: Disclosed are a test apparatus and a test method, which are capable of determining whether an infection is present through molecular diagnosis. The test apparatus according to the present invention is capable of determining whether a sample is infected using an amount of change in absorbance of a control tube compared to an amount of change in absorbance of a test tube. In this case, even when an amount of sample collected is small or even when an amount of amplification is small due to an external environment, whether an infection is present is capable of being determined.

Abstract: The present specification provides a method and apparatus capable of efficiently transmitting data related to test results made by a plurality of measuring instruments. The method of transmitting measurement result data according to the present specification may transmit identification information on a measuring instrument in which a positive reaction is detected to a server. As a result, data made by the plurality of measuring instruments may be transmitted with a small capacity, and thus communication resources can be saved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a biomaterial assay strip as a strip-type platform for use in a point-of-care test device. The strip includes a porous matrix bearing micropores and composed of materials comprising a copolymer selected from the group comprising polysulfone, polyethersulfone, and polyarylsulfone in order to increase separation efficiency of the blood cells contained in a sample and to improve accuracy and reproducibility of measurements with a small amount of blood, wherein the matrix comprises an enzyme, a dye, and a hydrophilic polymer material therein, which all respond to a biomaterial and wherein the matrix develops a color as the biomaterial contained in the sample which is brought into contact with the upper layer of the matrix and then diffuses to the lower layer of the matrix, thereby assaying the biomaterial.
