  • Patent number: 11841199
Abstract: A trigger device is disclosed. The trigger device comprises a housing, a trigger, a reverser, and a first pull weight adjustment mechanism. The trigger is rotatably mounted in the housing via a trigger pivot pin. The trigger comprises a trigger tooth. The reverser is rotatably mounted in the housing via a reverser pivot pin. The reverser comprises a reverser tooth. The first pull weight adjustment mechanism is coupled between the trigger and the reverser to bias the trigger in a first direction and the reverser in an opposite direction. Actuation of the trigger causes the trigger to rotate in the opposite direction, the trigger tooth to engage the reverser tooth, and the reverser to rotate in the first direction.

  • Patent number: 11698237
Abstract: A safety selector comprises a first hub portion, a second hub portion, and a cam portion connecting the first hub portion with the second hub portion. The first hub portion is generally cylindrical in shape, having opposing faces and an longitudinal surface extending therebetween. Further, the first hub portion is segmented in it opposing faces, creating a first plane in the longitudinal surface. The first hub portion further comprises a pair of spaced apart detent sockets in the longitudinal surface face, a connecting groove extending between the detent sockets, and a detent notch in an outer one of the circular faces exposing one of the detent sockets. The cam portion comprises a recessed face and a cam face. The first plane is substantially parallel with the recessed face.

  • Patent number: 11054205
Abstract: A trigger device for a bolt action firearm is disclosed. The trigger device comprises a trigger, a housing, a bolt pin, and a bolt pin arm. The trigger is rotatably coupled in the housing via a trigger pivot pin and comprises a trigger stop arm. The bolt pin is moveable between a bolt open position and a bolt closed position in response to positioning of a bolt. The bolt pin arm is rotatably coupled proximal one end to the housing and at another end to the bolt pin. The bolt pin arm comprises an over travel stop configured to selectively engage with the trigger stop arm. In the bolt closed position, the over travel stop is positioned within a travel path of the trigger stop arm. In the bolt open position, the over travel stop is positioned outside of the travel path of the trigger stop arm.

  • Patent number: 9097485
Abstract: A trigger assembly for activating a firing mechanism. The trigger assembly includes a trigger having a sear arm with a first sear surface, and a firing element including a body portion with a second sear surface and an engagement portion for engagement with the firing mechanism, for activating the firing mechanism. The trigger assembly also includes a captured roller positioned for engagement with the first and second sear surfaces. The trigger is pivotable between a load position, in which the captured roller is held between the first and second sear surfaces, and a release position, in which the second sear surface is disengaged from the captured roller and the firing element is released. The firing element is pivotable between a first position, in which the firing element is held by the captured roller, and a second position, in which the firing element is disengaged from the captured roller.
