Abstract: Methods and systems for detecting and tracking drug extraction from one or more drug storage apparatus at a central server. The system involves one or more authenticated drug storage apparatus and the central server. An access detection computer circuit integrates with packaged drugs, creating detectable drug packaging. The access detection computer circuit provides drug access detection trigger signals when drugs are accessed from the detectable drug packaging. There is a communication device for transmitting secure communication messages between the components.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide methods and systems for securely communicating with electronic assets using an authenticated computer hub and a central server. The authenticated computer hub transmits a hub identity uniquely identifying the computer hub and communication results received from authenticated electronic assets, and receives an identity confirmation message and electronic asset identities to be authorized with control directives defining operational usage parameters. The authenticated computer hub has a user interface to display electronic assets granted access, and a short-range communication device to connect to authorized electronic assets to exchange information based on control directives.
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a system and method for controlling access to electronic files by linking the files to a file access monitoring system, called the file access monitor in this application. The file access monitor then authorizes the use of the one or more files by performing one or more qualifying steps on the accessing computer system. The file access monitor may be a standalone program or an embedded logic within a closed system like an application, an operating system (O/S), an external device like a printer, a web browser or a web browsing application. Access to electronic files can include the exchange, modification, execution, printing, viewing, listening, copying and replication of these files to name a few. A given protected electronic file is transferred from a sending computer system to a receiving computer system for eventual access. The receiving computer may also become the accessing computer should a user on the receiving computer wish to access the transferred file.
