Abstract: The forged chain link assembly comprises a forged chain link having a male end and a female end which cooperates with an opposite end of an adjacent link to form a chain, each end having a bore therein which cooperates with a bore in the opposite end of an adjacent link for receiving a hollow sleeve and bolt assembly therein for creating a forged link chain wherein the links pivot relative to each other, a hollow sleeve of the hollow sleeve and bolt assembly extending through the bores, with a washer of a diameter greater than that of the bore positioned to each lateral side of the female end of a chain link, and an elongate bolt extending through each washer and a bore in the hollow sleeve and receiving a nut thereon, the hollow sleeve having a length which is not equal to a lateral extent of the female end.

Abstract: The method and apparatus for creating elevator buckets decreases the number of molds required to create a wide variety of dimensional configurations of such buckets by dividing the configurations into families, each of which has at least one dimension in common while each member of a family varies from other members thereof by at least one dimension, the method and apparatus being used to create all members of one family and enables changes to produce different bucket sizes within the same family without removing the mold base used in creating the family from the apparatus.

Abstract: The forged chain link and flight assembly and method of making same provide for use of a hollow sleeve for engaging link ends together and engaging flights to the link through engagement of a suitable connector through the flights and the sleeve to make the flights easily replaceable. As an alternative embodiment a solid sleeve incorporating threaded ends is also proposed for use in engaging flights to a forged chain link.

Abstract: The attachment device includes a base plate which is magnetically engaged to an end of a rotating shaft, the plate having a centered collar which is coaxial with the axis of the shaft and is configured to engage a rotatable spindle of a sensor mount to the shaft, with the spindle being rotated by rotation of the shaft.

Abstract: The universal active shaft sensor mounting assembly comprises a base including structure thereon for fixedly engaging a rotational shaft sensor onto an end of a rotatable shaft in a manner maintaining the sensor fixed in position against rotation. The assembly is fixed to the end of the shaft by a spindle rotatably engaged to the base with the axis of rotation for the spindle and shaft being the same. A target element fixedly engages another end of the rotatable spindle, rotating therewith and interacting with the sensor mounted to the base.

Abstract: The bucket elevator construction bolt comprises a flat head and a threaded shaft, the bolt further incorporating a collar adjacent the head, the collar including a plurality of elongate, radially arrayed spline teeth which engage within the material of the elevator belt, maintaining the bolt position against radial torque or vibratory forces applied thereto.
