Abstract: A device and method are configured to provide a notification of an occurrence of a vehicle accident when an airbag is deployed. The device acquires an intensity of a signal received from a server for at least one communication medium, transmits a notification including information on an occurrence of an accident to the server when an airbag of a vehicle is deployed, and retransmits the notification based on the intensity of the received signal when the transmission of the notification has failed. When the transmission of the notification including the information on the occurrence of the accident has failed because a wireless network communication is not operating correctly, wireless communication connection may be reattempted the appropriate number of times to increase a success rate.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a vehicle and a vehicle controlling method, the purpose is to optimize the control of engine, a heater, and an air conditioner based on running load of the vehicle. In accordance of the present embodiment, a vehicle controlling method of a vehicle including an engine, a heater, and an air conditioner, the method includes determining required heating, latent engine heat, and running load of the vehicle and determining a driving pattern of the vehicle based on the required heating, the latent engine heat, and the running load of the vehicle.

A source contact and a drain contact are arranged over the active structure. The active structure includes a stack of cocktail layers alternating with first active layers. The cocktail layers include a mixture of a first material and a second material. The first active layers include a third material that is different than the first and second materials. Abstract: A device for supplying power from a vehicle battery to the outside is provided. The device includes an inverter circuit having a bridge circuit with multiple switching elements and that converts the received DC power into the AC power by switching the switching elements and that outputs the AC power. A controller controls an on/off state of each switching element through pulse width modulation. When an output AC output to the load has a value greater than a preset reference value or an input direct current input into the inverter has a value greater than a preset reference value, the controller changes a duty of each switching element to reduce an output AC voltage output from the inverter. When the reduced output AC voltage has a value equal to or less than a preset reference value, the controller stops a power conversion operation of the inverter.
