Abstract: According to one embodiment, a memory system includes: a memory chip including a first memory block and first word lines, the first memory block including a first memory string which includes first memory cells that are coupled in series, the first word lines being respectively coupled to gates of the first memory cells; a memory controller coupled to an external device, controlling the memory chip, and capable of performing an error checking and correcting process of data. When a write instruction is received from the external device, the memory controller is configured to perform a write operation on a second memory cell which is one of the first memory cells, and to perform a read verify operation including a read process and the ECC process on a third memory cell which is one of the first memory cells.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor memory device includes first and second semiconductor layers and a first conductive layer. The first and second semiconductor layers extend in a first direction. The second semiconductor layer is stacked above the first semiconductor layer in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The first conductive layer intersects the first and second semiconductor layers and extends in the second direction. The first conductive layer includes first and second portions intersecting the first and second semiconductor layers respectively. A width of the first portion in the first direction is smaller than a width of the second portion in the first direction. A thickness of the first semiconductor layer in the second direction is larger than a thickness of the second semiconductor layer in the second direction.

The delay from a clock input end to an output end of low-jitter frequency division clock circuit is up to three logic gates.

Abstract: The present technology relates to an onboard camera that enables a camera chassis to be easily assembled while providing shielding between plates. The onboard camera according to an aspect of the present technology has an internal structure including: a bottom face plate which forms a bottom face of a housing and has end portions serving as wall faces formed respectively at opposite ends of the bottom face plate; a board on which an electronic component is installed; a top face plate which covers the board and has end portions serving as wall faces formed respectively at opposite ends of the top face plate; and a shield plate which has insertion portions formed at opposite ends, the insertion portions being positioned in clearances between the end portions of the bottom face plate and the end portions of the top face plate to close the clearances. The present technology can be applied to an onboard camera.

The technology disclosed herein provides for methods, compositions and devices for topical application for the treatment of pain, allodynia or hyperalgesia associated with acute tissue injury, e.g., for the treatment of a wounds or tissue injury, including but not limited to incision, abrasion, laceration, puncture and avulsion. The methods, compositions and devices disclosed herein can be used for point-of-care treatment of a tissue injury or wound, e.g., in emergency care for first responders, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), ambulance workers, firemen, in field surgery, combat medicine or casualty care and/or first aid kits.

A system and method may facilitate determining user and community member activity in the virtual storefront based on which weighted keywords are derived. A topic set containing various weighted keywords may be iteratively configured for extracting and ordering one or more products that are extracted from a plurality of heterogeneous sources. A server may be configured for refining the topic set by modifying a baseline session keyword weight or a baseline contextual keyword weight based on a total topic set weight, an elasticity parameter, core topic keyword weights associated with core topic keywords, session keyword weights, and/or contextual keyword weights; and identifying, based at least on the configured topic set, products to be presented to a user as product recommendations in the virtual storefront.

The R—T—B based rare earth sintered magnet includes M and C in which M is one ore more selected from Zr, Ti, and Nb. The R—T—B based rare earth sintered magnet includes main phase grains and grain boundaries, and the grain boundaries includes a coexisting part in which a M—C compound, a M—B compound, and a 6-13-1 phase coexist. The R—T—B based rare earth sintered magnet attains improved HcJ while maintaining good Br and Hk/HcJ.
