The left and right gables provide a plurality of associated pairs of front and rear display surface supports, such that when the gables are affixed to the rack at least some of the display surface supports are in positions different than the rack shelf support positions. A plurality of merchandise supports for supporting the merchandise are mounted to the associated pairs of display surface supports.

A pocket shell located in a pocket opening of the backpack shell defines a pocket volume separated from the interior volume of the backpack shell. Pocket access openings in first and second faces of the pocket shell allow access into the pocket regardless of which backpack shell surface is exterior.

Imaginary median surfaces of the blade members are continuously curved from the cutting plane, from the cutting edges toward the rear edges.
