Abstract: Collected usage information relating to interaction with content is integrated with operation of a system, such as a content management system. The usage information is collected in response to occurrences of usage events. A user may create, configure and define the usage events according to their needs. The user may also configure/define different values that are associated with the different events. For example, a user may specify: when to count a view (e.g. unique user view or each view); what period of time to collect counts; aggregation of counts (e.g. tenant, site, collection); a weighting for the event; a trim value; when to provide the parameter to a search index of the system such that the value is considered by the search engine of the system; whether or not a parameter is configurable by other users, and the like.

Abstract: One embodiment is directed to transmitting user data to a UE from a base station on a shared downlink channel and determining if a throughput for the user data transmitted to the UE on the shared downlink channel is greater than a threshold amount. If the throughput for the user data transmitted to the UE on the shared downlink channel is greater than the threshold amount, the base station provides the UE with a minimum amount of access to a shared uplink channel by making proactive grants of uplink resources when such UE is more in need of a proactive grant than other UEs. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Some embodiments include an integrated assembly having a ferroelectric transistor body region between a first comparative digit line and a second comparative digit line. A carrier-reservoir structure is coupled with the ferroelectric transistor body region through an extension that passes along a side of the first comparative digit line. Some embodiments include an integrated assembly having a conductive structure over a carrier-reservoir structure. A bottom of the conductive structure is spaced from the carrier-reservoir structure by an insulative region. A ferroelectric transistor is over the conductive structure. The ferroelectric transistor has a bottom source/drain region over the conductive structure, has a body region over the bottom source/drain region, and has a top source/drain region over the body region. An extension extends upwardly from the carrier-reservoir structure, along a side of the conductive structure, and to a bottom of the body region.
Abstract: A user's collection of images may be analyzed to identify people's faces within the images, then create clusters of similar faces, where each of the clusters may represent a person. The clusters may be ranked in order of size to determine a relative importance of the associated person to the user. The ranking may be used in many social networking applications to filter and present content that may be of interest to the user. In one use scenario, the clusters may be used to identify images from a second user's image collection, where the identified images may be pertinent or interesting to the first user. The ranking may also be a function of user interactions with the images, as well as other input not related to the images. The ranking may be incrementally updated when new images are added to the user's collection.

Abstract: Processes and systems for recovery of a dilute ethylene stream are illustrated and described. More specifically, embodiments disclosed herein relate to processes and systems for separation of a dilute ethylene stream from an offgas or other vapor streams, where the ultra-low temperature refrigeration for the desired separations is provided by the offgas itself, and only moderately-low temperature externally supplied propylene refrigerants (for example, at ?40° C. to 15° C.) are necessary.
Abstract: Aspects and techniques of the present disclosure relate to an alignment device that includes a groove-type alignment structure with a support region for receiving an optical fiber inserted along a fiber insertion axis. The optical fiber has a first side and a second, opposite side. The groove-type alignment structure engages the first side of the optical fiber. The alignment device includes a stabilization structure that engages the first side of the optical fiber and a first angled transition surface that engages the second, opposite side of the optical fiber. The present disclosure also relates to an alignment system that includes a first housing piece; a second housing piece adapted to mate with the first housing piece; and a flat structure positioned between the first and second housing pieces.

Abstract: The invention provides a Low-voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) receiver circuit that comprises a folded-cascode operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) that includes a pair of input branches and a pair of output branches. The pair of input branches of the folded-cascode OTA includes a p-channel metal-oxide semiconductor (PMOS) input transistor pair connected to a first supply voltage domain. The pair of output branches includes an output circuit connected to a second supply voltage domain. The LVDS receiver circuit further includes a common-mode feedback circuit connected to the pair of output branches of the folded-cascode OTA that controls the second supply voltage domain. The LVDS receiver circuit further includes a regenerative buffer circuit connected to the pair of output branches of the folded-cascode OTA and an output generated from the pair of output branches of the folded-cascode OTA directly operates the regenerative buffer circuit to produce a distortion-free output signal.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a thin film resistor (TFR) module includes forming a TFR element over a substrate; annealing the TFR element to reduce the temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of the TFR element; and after forming and annealing the TFR element, forming a pair of conductive TFR heads in contact with the TFR element. By forming the TFR element before the TFR heads, the TFR element may be annealed without affecting the TFR heads, and thus may be formed from various materials with different annealing properties, e.g., SiCCr and SiCr. Thus, the TFR element may be annealed to achieve a near 0 ppm TCR, without affecting the later-formed TFR heads. The TFR module may be formed using a damascene CM' approach and using only a single added mask layer. Further, vertically-extending “ridges” at edges of the TFR element may be removed or eliminated to further improve the TCR performance.

Abstract: A system for encoding data in an artificial intelligence (AI) integrated circuit solution may include a processor configured to receive image/voice data and generate a sequence of two-dimensional (2D) arrays each array being shifted from a preceding 2D array in the sequence by a time difference. The system may load the sequence of arrays into an AI integrated circuit, feed each of the 2D arrays in the sequence into a respective channel in an embedded cellular neural network architecture in the AI integrated circuit. The system may generate an image/voice recognition result from the embedded cellular neural network architecture and output the image/voice recognition result. The sequence of 2D arrays in the image recognition may include a sequence of output images. The sequence of 2D arrays in the voice recognition may include 2D frequency-time arrays. Sample data may be encoded in a similar manner for training the cellular neural network.
