Abstract: Systems and methods for managing write stream workload of video surveillance systems through playback workload triggered dynamic capture are described. A video camera may include a video image sensor for receiving video data. The video data may be written to a storage device. A request for access to the video data may then be received. An impact on a standard data write stream may be determined based on the time window determined for the access to the video data. At least one mitigation option may be initiated at the video image sensor as a result.

Abstract: A driving circuit and a display device are provided. The driving circuit includes a level conversion chip, a scan line, a data line, a power line, a first transistor, a second transistor, and a light emitting unit. A protection unit is disposed between the level conversion chip and an intersection of the scan line and the power line, and the protection unit is configured to reduce current between the level conversion chip and the power line when the scan line and the power line are short-circuited. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the scan line and the power line are short-circuited, the protection unit reduces the current between the power line and the level conversion chip to prevent excessive current between the level conversion chip and the power line, and prevent the level conversion chip from heating and burning.

Abstract: An interdigital capacitor and a multiplying digital-to-analog conversion circuit, where the interdigital capacitor includes at least one first metal layer. The following components are disposed in each first metal layer: a first electrode; at least one first finger metal connected to the first electrode; a second electrode; and a plurality of second finger metals connected to the second electrode, and at least one third finger metal connected to the second electrode. The at least one first finger metal is alternately disposed with the plurality of second finger metals to form capacitors, and the at least one third finger metal is a dummy finger metal.

Abstract: A gas-solid separating method and a gas-solid separating system for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust are provided. The gas-solid separating method for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust comprises the following steps: first, cooling sulphur-containing exhaust at an extremely high speed; then, separating dust; finally, recycling a heavy liquid phase solvent and simple substance sulphur. The system comprises a quick cooling system, a low-temperature washing and purifying system, a light liquid phase and heavy liquid phase separating system, a washing liquid recycling system and a simple substance sulphur recycling system.

Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling navigation of an autonomous vehicle for making an unprotected turn while traversing an intersection. The methods may include identifying a loiter pose of an autonomous vehicle for stopping at a point in an intersection before initiating an unprotected turn, initiating navigation of the autonomous vehicle to the loiter pose when a traffic signal is at a first state, determining whether the traffic signal has changed to a second state during or after navigation of the autonomous vehicle to the loiter pose, and in response to determining that the traffic signal has changed to the second state, generating a first trajectory for navigating the autonomous vehicle to execute the unprotected turn if the expected time for moving the autonomous vehicle from a current position to a position when the autonomous vehicle has fully exited an opposing conflict lane is less than a threshold time.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to products, such as paper and paperboard products, comprising a substrate containing cellulose and top ply comprising microfibrillated cellulose and inorganic particulate, to methods of making such paper and paperboard products, and associated uses of such paper and paperboard products. The microfibrillated cellulose and inorganic particulate material are applied at the stage when the wet substrate is in the process of being formed on the wire of a papermaking machine, thereby avoiding the additional cost of more extensive equipment and machinery as well as in separate drying of a coating. The microfibrillated cellulose facilitates the application of inorganic particulate onto the surface of a wet paper or paperboard substrate when applied thusly, by trapping the inorganic particulate on the surface of the substrate and by giving the composite sufficient strength and a suitable pore structure to make it suitable for printing and other end-use demands.

Abstract: A programmable switch includes a plurality of ports for communicating with devices on a network. Circuitry of the programmable switch is configured to receive a series of related messages from a first device on the network via at least one port, and determine whether one or more messages of the series of related messages have been received out-of-order based at least in part on a sequence number included in the one or more messages. The series of related messages are sent by the programmable switch to a second device via one or more ports in an order indicated by sequence numbers included in the series of related messages by delaying at least one message. According to one aspect, a network controller selects a programmable switch between the first device and the second device to serve as a message sequencer for reordering out-of-order messages using a stored network topology.

Abstract: A vehicle stability control method and a vehicle stability control device are provided. The method may be applied to an intelligent automobile field such as intelligent driving or autonomous driving, and is used to control lateral stability of a front axis and rear axis distributed driven vehicle. In this method, a yawing movement of the vehicle is considered, and an additional yawing moment for maintaining lateral stability of the vehicle is provided by compensating for front-axis and rear-axis slip ratios, to control lateral stability of the vehicle and therefore improve stability of the vehicle during driving.

Abstract: Provided is a mixed reality-based experience simulator including an imaging part including first and second cameras installed on an experience object to capture images of different viewpoints from the experience object, a display part worn by a participant and configured to display a mixed reality image of the experience object to the participant, and an image processing unit configured to provide the mixed reality image to the display part and configured to generate the mixed reality image such that images captured by the first and second cameras are included in the mixed reality image. The mixed reality-based experience simulator according to the present invention generates a mixed reality image on the basis of images captured by a plurality of cameras installed on an experience object and provides the generated mixed reality image to a participant so that a more realistic experience is provided.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a touch layer. The touch layer includes: a first insulating layer, a first metal layer patterned to form a first floating electrode, a second floating electrode and a bridging electrode, a second insulating layer, a second metal layer patterned to form a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode, and a passivation layer. The first touch electrode is electrically connected to the bridging electrode through the via. This solves the short circuit and abnormal capacitance issues of the conventional DOT technique and raises the consistency of display content and the product yield.
