Abstract: Described are epigenetic biomarkers of breast cancer and their use in breast cancer screening and diagnosing, or to provide disease prognosis in a subject. The epigenetic biomarkers include methylatable regions (MRs), which may be at least one segment from nucleic acid sequences represented in Table 1. Described are also methods of detecting the methylation level of MRs in the subject, the methylation score (mSCORE) of the subject, and using these values to evaluate a breast cancer risk in a subject, or diagnose a subject with breast cancer. Also described are methods of determining a risk of recurrence and disease prognosis in a subject undergoing or having undergone a treatment for breast cancer.

The body also includes a photovoltaic (PV) cell array substrate including a PV cell configured to generate power for charging a battery and an optical sensor configured to convert light signals, reflected by the expanded or contracted wing set, into electrical signals. The body further includes a circuit substrate configured to operate with the power charged into the battery, calculate number of rotation manipulations of the body by using the electrical signals, and transmit the calculated number of rotation manipulations to the display apparatus.
Abstract: A computer-implemented conferencing method is disclosed. A conference session between a user and one or more other conference participants is initiated via a computer conference application. An attribute-specific pronunciation of the user's name is determined via one or more attribute-specific-pronunciation machine-learning models previously trained based at least on one or more attributes of the one or more other conference participants. The attribute-specific pronunciation of the user's name is compared to a preferred pronunciation of the user's name via computer-pronunciation-comparison logic. Based on the attribute-specific pronunciation of the user's name being inconsistent with the preferred pronunciation of the user's name, a pronunciation learning protocol is automatically executed to convey, via the computer conference application, the preferred pronunciation of the user's name to the one or more other conference participants.

Abstract: A seal assembly for a gas turbine engine may include a seal body coupled to an engine static structure of the gas turbine engine and a seal seat insert coupled to a radially extending portion of a shaft of the gas turbine engine. Abstract: A method for alignment a lidar with a camera of a vehicle includes: aggregating multiple lidar scans performed by the lidar of a vehicle while the vehicle is in motion to generate an aggregated point-cloud; rendering the aggregate point-cloud onto a camera image to generate a rendered image; comparing the rendered image with the camera image to determine a difference between the rendered image and the camera image, wherein a difference value is indicative of the difference between the rendered image and the camera image is represented; and determining that the camera is aligned with the lidar in response to determining that the difference value is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold.
Abstract: This work vehicle has: a positioning unit for measuring the current position and the current direction of the vehicle body using a satellite positioning system; and an automatic travel control unit for executing automatic travel control based on positioning information from the positioning unit. The positioning unit comprises: a plurality of positioning antennas provided on the vehicle body; a plurality of positioning units for measuring the positions of the positioning antennas; a calculation unit for calculating the current position and the current direction of the vehicle body on the basis of positioning information from the positioning units; and a positioning state determination unit for determining whether or not the positioning state of the positioning units is a high-accuracy positioning state. When at least two positioning units are in the high accuracy positioning state, the positioning state determination unit permits the start of the automatic travel control.
Abstract: An optical system includes an eye-tracker and a head-mounted display for providing accurate eye-tracking in interactive virtual environment. The eye-tracker includes a sensor module captures one or multiple eye images of a user. The head-mounted display includes a processor and a display for presenting the user interface. The processor provides a user interface which includes one or multiple UI elements based on one or multiple gaze points of the user which are computed based on the one or multiple eye images, acquires the distance between an estimated gaze point of the user and each UI element, acquires the score of each UI element based on the distance between the estimated gaze point and each UI element, and sets a specific UI element with a highest score as the target UI element associated with the estimated gaze point of the user.
