  • Patent number: 11343308
Abstract: An example system may include a first rack including a first access node and a second rack including a second access node and a storage node. The first and second racks are included within a multi-rack distributed storage system. The first access node is configured to receive over a connection with a client a first request for an object data. The connection with the client is uniquely identified by a connection ID independent of source and destination addresses and ports. The first access node is further configured to determine object data locality details of the object data and relocate the connection to the second access node in the second rack when the object data locality details of the object data indicate the object data is located within the second rack.

  • Patent number: 11341005
Abstract: a data store and a proxy system. The data store may store state data relating to a cell of the application, each cell having a state. The proxy system may identify whether the cell is operating in the active state, the passive state, or the fenced state and access a database of acceptable and unacceptable commands for the cell's state. For each request directed to the cell received, the proxy system may identifies the request as an acceptable request based on identifying that one or more commands of the request are acceptable to process in the cell's state or identifies the request as an unacceptable request based on identifying that one or more commands of the request are unacceptable to process in the cell's state. The proxy system then conveys the acceptable requests and unacceptable requests appropriately.

  • Patent number: 11340613
Abstract: Based on sensor data obtained from a variety of sensors, a driving environment surrounding an autonomous driving vehicle (ADV) is perceived, including perceiving and identifying one or more obstacles. A trajectory is planned based on the perception data according to a set of rules to drive the ADV navigating through the driving environment. Trajectory data representing the trajectory is generated, where the trajectory data includes information indicating target or expected vehicle states at different points in time along the trajectory. The trajectory data is then transmitted in a sequence or a stream of one or more controller area network (CAN) messages to an electronic control unit (ECU) of the ADV over a CAN bus. The ECU is configured to generate and issue one or more control commands (e.g., throttle, brake, steering commands) based on the trajectory data to drive the ADV according to the trajectory.
