Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel-injection control device for a diesel engine which uses a combination of a common-rail-type fuel-injection pump and an EGR control for exhaust gas purification.In a fuel-injection control device for a diesel engine having a common-rail-type fuel-injection pump comprising a means for controlling fuel-injection pressure according to engine load and an EGR control means for adjusting the EGR ratio according to engine load, where the EGR can be reduced to zero, the means for controlling fuel-injection pressure includes a correcting function to correct the fuel-injection pressure in response to the EGR ratio.
Abstract: A data processor which is controlled by microprograms and which can execute machine instructions having suboperation codes in addition to operation codes. In the data processor, access to a control memory is performed by using a next address data obtained by a logical operation between contents of a next address field of a micro instruction read out of the control memory by using the operation code of the above-mentioned machine instruction and a selected one of suboperation index data of a micro instruction read out from the control memory by using the suboperation code of the machine instruction.

Abstract: A bus transmission system in which two or more drive circuits are connected to the same transmission line, wherein both ends of a transmission line are grounded via a terminal resistance where is nearly equal to the characteristic impedance of the line. The drive circuits have three states consisting of a low-level state in which the output impedance is small, a high-level state in which the output impedance is small and a high-impedance state in which the output impedance is very high. When data is not to be transmitted, the drive circuit is placed in the high-impedance state, when data is to be transmitted, the high-impedance state of one of the drive circuits is converted into the low-level state in which the output impedance is small so that data can be transmitted based upon the low-level state and the high-level state, and when the transmission of data is finished, the drive circuit is placed in the low-level state again and thereafter placed in the high-impedance state.
Abstract: Disclosed is a dynamic semiconductor memory device with decreased clocks having a pull up circuit associated with a pair of bit lines. The pull up circuit comprises a pair of first switching transistors connected between a power supply line and the associated bit line, and, a pair of second switching transistors. Each gate of the second switching transistors is connected to the bit line of opposite side. The turning on or off of the second switching transistor controls the gate potential of the first switching transistor.
