Abstract: A clamp mechanism for an RF cluster connector enables multiple RF connections within a cluster connector to be engaged and disengaged in such a way that prevents damage to the conductors. It also eases the process of engaging and disengaging through the use of two lever arms that may be easily used by a technician in challenging locations (such as at the top of a cell tower) and in densely arranged RF ports (such as for a multi-user or massive MIMO antenna).

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods that provide a novel framework for automatically and dynamically controlling operational modes of a ceiling fan based on real-time detected information related to a location (e.g., detected temperatures, heating or cooling demand, seasonal climate information and occupancy information). The framework can sense a temperature in/at a location (e.g., a temperature proximate to the ceiling fan), and leverage such temperature as input to determine which ceiling fan operation to execute. In some embodiments, occupancy data related to users' physical positioning respective to the ceiling fan can additionally be leveraged to discern the proper operation mode, and the mode's characteristics (e.g., speed and runtime). The framework can enable a reduction in resource expenditure (e.g., reduced energy usage and HVAC runtime, for example), as the ceiling fan can be utilized to maintain a location's temperature control without the need for heating or cooling operations of a HVAC system.
Abstract: The techniques disclosed herein provide controlled user interface transitions for private breakout communication sessions. A system provides a Together Mode user interface that gives participants of a communication session a feeling that they are in the same room. When a person joins a communication session, a system uses a seating policy to determine a location of that user. That user is placed near or next to a select user. A policy is applied when users meet one or more conditions. If a number of people join the communication session, each person is ranked according to an organizational chart and each person is positioned and ordered relative to the select user according to each person's rank. The system configures the updated user interface arrangement to maintain the position of the select group of the participants.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, that identify and issue search queries expected to be issued in the future. A set of search queries that have been issued by multiple user devices can be obtained. For each query instance, contextual data can be obtained. A first query and its contextual data can be input to a model that outputs the query's likelihood of being issued in the future. The model can be trained using contextual data for training queries and a corresponding labels for the training queries. The learning model outputs the first query's likelihood of being issued in future, and this query is stored as a repeatable query if the likelihood satisfying a repeatability threshold. Subsequently, a stored repeatable query is issued upon a selection of a user selectable interface component and the search engine provides search results for the query.

Abstract: An electrical connector is disclosed that comprises at least two opposing walls between which a passageway is defined for receiving a contact pin, wherein the walls have a width of about 500 micrometers or less and are formed from a polymer composition that comprises a polymer matrix containing at least one polymer having a glass transition temperature of about 30° C. or more in an amount of 30 wt. % or more of the composition. The polymer composition exhibits a dielectric constant of about 4 or less and a dissipation factor of about 0.02 or less, as determined at a frequency of 10 GHz.
Abstract: The technology described herein controls what a user hears while in a virtual reality environment. A user may be exposed to multiple audio sources while in the virtual reality environment. All of these competing audio sources need to be combined to produce the audio content output to the user. Further, various entities have an interest in the user hearing different audio content. The interest can be expressed through settings made available by the VR platform. The VR platform can provide user settings, landowner settings, and platform settings. The sound settings can change based on where the user's avatar is located in the VR environment. For example, when the user's avatar is located on virtual property owned by an entity other than the VR platform or user, then entities sound-preferences are considered along with the user's sound preferences, and VR platform's sound preferences.
