Abstract: A method includes forming a gate structure and an interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer over a substrate; selectively forming an inhibitor over the gate structure; performing an atomic layer deposition (ALD) process to form a dielectric layer over the ILD layer, wherein in the ALD process the dielectric layer has greater growing rate on the ILD than on the inhibitor; and performing an atomic layer etching (ALE) process to etch the dielectric layer until a top surface of the inhibitor is exposed, in which a portion of the dielectric layer remains on the ILD layer after the ALE process is complete.

Abstract: A pixel voltage compensation method, a pixel voltage compensator device and a display device are provided. The compensation method includes: determining a capacitance between at least one data line adjacent to a target pixel electrode and the target pixel electrode; detecting a voltage difference between a driving voltage of the data line and a driving voltage of the target pixel electrode in a period from a start of present charging of the target pixel electrode to a start of next charging; calculating a variation of the driving voltage of the target pixel electrode caused by the capacitance and the voltage difference; and compensating for the driving voltage of the target pixel electrode according to the variation. This compensation method can suppress the phenomenon of voltage cross-talk, and thus can improve the display effect of the display device.

The first substrate comprises an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area. The active area is provided with a thin film transistor. The non-active area is provided with a first common electrode, a transfer pad, and an arc-shaped protrusion. The transfer pad is disposed on a side of the non-active area away from the active area and is disposed on the first common electrode for connecting to a common voltage generating circuit. The arc-shaped protrusion is disposed on a side of the non-active area near the active area. By providing the arc-shaped protrusion, the thin film transistor liquid crystal display prevents abnormal display caused by an alignment solution spreading to the transfer pad in the non-active area of the first substrate when the alignment solution is coated on the active area.
