Abstract: A lightning strike alarm system using a Bipolar Conventional Air Terminal (BCAT) is provided. The lightning strike alarm system using BCAT including a rod element to which a ground charge is electrified and an electrification plate-cone or an electrification plate-tube electrified by a thunderstorm cloud, includes a luminescence unit to be electrically connected to the rod element and the electrification plate-cone or the electrification plate-tube and emits light by electric energy electrified to the electrification plate-cone or the electrification plate-tube by the thunderstorm cloud. The lightning strike alarm system enables a user to find that an impulse current of the thunderstorm is normally and safely flown to the ground, and thus, the user may have psychological security.

Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) nonvolatile memory devices include a substrate having a well region of second conductivity type (e.g., P-type) therein and a common source region of first conductivity type (e.g., N-type) on the well region. A recess extends partially (or completely) through the common source region. A vertical stack of nonvolatile memory cells on the substrate includes a vertical stack of spaced-apart gate electrodes and a vertical active region, which extends on sidewalls of the vertical stack of spaced-apart gate electrodes and on a sidewall of the recess. Gate dielectric layers extend between respective ones of the vertical stack of spaced-apart gate electrodes and the vertical active region. The gate dielectric layers may include a composite of a tunnel insulating layer, a charge storage layer, a relatively high bandgap barrier dielectric layer and a blocking insulating layer having a relatively high dielectric strength.

The method includes: determining, by a source controller, a to-be-migrated UE that needs to be migrated to a destination controller; updating, by the source controller, resource information of the to-be-migrated UE in a database server, where the updated resource information includes a correspondence between the to-be-migrated UE and the destination controller; and sending, by the source controller, an inter-domain update instruction to an external network element, where the inter-domain update instruction includes an identifier of the to-be-migrated UE and an identifier of the destination controller.

A metal conductive layer is formed. The first trench and the second trench are filled with the metal conductive layer for forming a bit line metal structure in the first trench and a first metal gate structure in the second trench. In the present invention, the replacement metal gate process is used to form the bit line metal structure for reducing the electrical resistance of the bit lines.
