Abstract: A circuit for preventing false turn-on of a semiconductor switching device includes an active clamp circuit, a control circuit, a power amplifier circuit, and a suppression circuit. The control circuit is coupled to an input of the power amplifier circuit. An output of the power amplifier circuit is coupled to a gate of the semiconductor switching device. The active clamp circuit is configured to operate within a preset period when a voltage between the first end of the semiconductor switching device and a second end of the semiconductor switching device is greater than a preset voltage. The suppression circuit includes a controllable switch, which is configured to turn on after the operation of the active clamp circuit is completed, such that potential at the input of the power amplifier circuit is clamped to a fixed potential.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to providing scene perception display requiring reduced processing capabilities. Sensor data indicative of one or more targets from an imaging and ranging subsystem, location data from a positioning subsystem defining a geographical location of the imaging and ranging subsystem and orientation data from an orientation subsystem defining an orientation of the imaging and ranging subsystem are received. Doppler point cloud data is generated based on Doppler information and point cloud data from the sensor data, the location data and the orientation data. The targets are classified as either a static or dynamic target. Afterwards, the Doppler point cloud data is filtered by removing either the dynamic or the static targets from the Doppler point cloud data. The Doppler point cloud data of either the dynamic or the static targets are further processed and the further processed Doppler point cloud data is rendered.

The organic barrier layer comprises cured organic material, and the organic material is provided on the portion of the first inorganic barrier layer at the corner portion under a capillary action of the diversion trench before curing.

Abstract: An optical network unit (ONU) receives an Ethernet packet sent by user device and slices the Ethernet packet based on information about a minimum transmission unit to generate a first Ethernet packet slice, where a length of the minimum transmission unit is an integer multiple of a length of the first Ethernet packet slice. The ONU encapsulates the Ethernet packet slice and a slice identifier into a GEM frame, wherein the slice identifier indicates that the length of the minimum transmission unit of the OTN is an integer multiple of the length of the Ethernet packet slice. The Ethernet packet slice does not need to be processed by a network processor or a traffic management module in transmission of the OLT, thereby reducing a delay of network transmission.
